Organized by PADMA and funded by the Bangladesh NGO Foundation, an initiative was held in Shantiganj Upazila covering Purbo Birgaon and Purbo Pagla Unions to create employment opportunities for poor families, supporting self-employment. A total of 50 sheep were distributed free of cost — 2 per family — to 25 families.

The event was graced by the presence of the Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land), Mr. Fazle Rabbani Chowdhury, as the Chief Guest, and the Upazila Social Services Officer, Ms. Taslima Akter Lima, as the Special Guest.
