ইউএনএফ জাতিসংঘের নীতি অনুসরণ করে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এসডিজির লক্ষ্য বাস্তবায়ন ও প্রচার করছে ইউএনএফ। স্বাস্থ্য ও খাদ্য সেবা, সচেতনতামূলক কার্যক্রম,শিক্ষা, দারিদ্রতা দূর করা, লিঙ্গ বৈষম্য দূর করা, সামাজিক ও মানসিক উন্নয়ন, জন সম্পদের উন্নয়ন, মাদক ও কিশোর গ্যাং বিরোধী কর্মসূচী, মানবাধিকার রক্ষাসহ বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচী ইউএনএফ সদস্য ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা নিজ উদ্যোগে, নিজস্ব তহবিল থেকে বাস্তবায়ন করে আসছে।

প্রতিষ্ঠিত রাইটস বাংলাদেশ নামে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন না পাওয়ার কারণে ২০২২ সালে সংগঠনটির নাম রাখা হয় ইউনিভার্সাল ন্যাটিভ ফাউন্ডেশন- ইউএনএফ।

Tofael Hossain Tofa Sunny. He was born on 26 April 1971 in Saturia Bazar of Saturia Upazila Sadar in Manikganj. His father, the late Anwar Hossain Munshi, was a public representative, social worker and businessman. Tofa Sunny, the only child of the parents, grew up in a cultural environment from an early age. He wrote his first poem while studying in the fifth grade and started acting in various plays in the area at that time. Even before that, he started taking music lessons from Ustad Amir Hamza. Since then, Tofa Sunny has won the hearts of thousands of spectators by singing in different halls. After completing his studies at West Kaonnara Government Primary School, he has left his signature talent from the 6th class of Saturia Adarsh Pilot High School. He won first place in all the continuous debate competitions from 6th to 10th class and became the champion every year. While studying in 6th grade, he started participating in the camp as a member of the Red Cross Society. While studying in 8th grade, he established himself as a skilled old scout and in 4th grade he got his first medal as a world champion. While in high school, he established himself as a popular vocalist and actor. Tofa Sunny has been performing songs, performances and musical instruments on stage in different parts of the country. From an early age he was a member of the playhouse and edited wall magazines. He made his debut as a skilled painter. While in his first year of HSC at Dargram Viku Memorial Degree College in Saturia, he formed a band called Tofa’s Band and formed the Jhalak Cultural Group, giving free rein to cultural pursuits. He also founded Surbani Sangeet Vidya Niketan and Knock Out Musical Band in Dhaka. He was the vocalist when Jewel's band was formed in his memory after the death of popular artist Jewel in the nineties. As a child artist, Tofa Sunny has won the first place in the song and musical competition in upazila, district, division and country every year. He started journalism while studying at Tofa Sunny Secondary School and has been doing journalism till date. Tofa Sunny is the founding president of Saturia Press Club. He founded the Saturia Press Club in 2000, organizing journalists at the time and giving them the opportunity to practice fair and free journalism. He was seriously injured in the catastrophic tornado of Saturia in 1989. He then started working in Dhaka as a cultural activist and journalist in important positions in various newspapers and TV channels. In 1997, he started making audio-visuals by making the first video film, Vijay Path. This was the first video film in the country. Since then, he has been conducting various cultural activities including composing songs for various audio cassettes, composing music, directing plays, directing stage plays. Tofa Sunny has made numerous video films and video CDs. Tofa Sunny is a journalist, lyricist, composer, playwright, vocalist, actor, play director, painter and musician. He has written numerous plays, short films, telefilms and TV dramas. Tofa Sunny has composed and composed over a thousand songs. He researched the mystic poet Syed Kalushah Fakir and published a research book called Krishna kalo Kalushah. Many of Tofa Sunny's plays were staged in the eighties and nineties and early twentieth century. He researched various archeology, mediums, temples, mystic poets, original music, history and tradition, districts and upazilas. He has worked responsibly as a media officer at the National Mushroom Development and Extension Center. That is why mushrooms have spread rapidly in the country. Tofa Sunny worked as a long time assistant director in Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC). Since 2000, he has been working on TV commercials, TV shows, dramas, telefilms, documentaries and selling them on various TV channels. So far, Tofa Sunny has been awarded more than a hundred medals. He has received more than a hundred honors, certificates and recognition of social services. When the then Chinese Prime Minister Li Peng visited Bangladesh, Tofa Sunny performed two songs in Chinese at the civic reception at the North Plaza of the National Assembly. He sang in different languages at receptions for state guests from the late nineties, including those of the President of Malaysia, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Chief of Army Staff. Tofa Sunny has had the opportunity to come in contact with famous veteran music directors, cultural personalities, journalists, writers, literary figures and researchers.
