Eligibility and rules:
1. Only students from the 4th Batch are eligible to apply for the positions of President
2. Only the students from the 5th batch are eligible to apply for the position of General Secretary.
3. Only students from the 5th and 6th batches are eligible to apply for the position of Organizing Secretary.
[ N.B : Here ‘Batch’ refers to a student’s current academic batch, i.e., the batch with which the student is presently enrolled and carrying out their academic activities.]
4. All nominees must be General Members of the RTEC Debating Society
5. Nomination Fees:
President: 200 BDT
General Secretary: 150 BDT
Organizing Secretary: 100 BDT.
6. A public election will be held only if there are multiple candidates for the same position.
7. All decisions related to the RDS Election 2026 will be made by the Election Convening Committee and the Club.
