🌍 CLIMORA — VOLUME 01 | CALL FOR ARTICLES

What if an article could do more than inform?

What if it could open a new question, challenge an assumption, connect ideas, or become the beginning of a research direction?

CLIMORA — Volume 01 is inviting original, thoughtful and research-inspiring articles exploring the connections between Earth, climate, life, environment and our future.

☆ 5 THEMATIC TRACKS

1. Earth as a Living System
2. Climate Frontiers
3. Human–Nature Interface
4. Invisible Environment
5. Designing the Future Earth

✓ 20 highly selective articles
✓ 500 words maximum per article
✓ 4 articles per thematic track

We are looking for articles that go beyond information — articles that connect ideas, question assumptions and leave readers curious about what comes next.

Our editorial philosophy:

Original Thought. Independent Creativity. Responsible Ideas.

Every submission must reflect the author's own thinking and creative perspective. Plagiarism, copied or recycled work, substantially reproduced content, and AI-generated writing submitted as original work are not accepted.

ONE ARTICLE. ONE IDEA. A PATH TOWARD RESEARCH.

From each volume, one exceptional published article may be selected for an extended research-development pathway.

Through the CLIMORA Editorial Board and designated supervisors, the selected author may receive guidance in developing the article into a stronger research concept and preparing it for submission to a suitable, high-quality, internationally recognized journal.

This is a selective opportunity, not a guarantee of supervision, publication, ranking or journal acceptance.

Acceptance Notification: 15 October 2026
Magazine Publication: 15 November 2026

Has an idea about Earth, climate, life, environment or our future that deserves to be explored?

✯ Think deeply.
✯ Write originally.
✯ Ask what comes next.

🌍 Are we measuring progress by what we build, or by what we destroy?
This powerful illustration serves as a stark reminder of the true cost of unchecked urbanization and deforestation. When we sacrifice our natural ecosystems in the name of "development," we aren't just clearing land—we are bankrupting our planet's life-support systems.
For centuries, nature has provided clean air, temperature regulation, and biodiversity entirely for free. If we continue to treat environmental degradation as an afterthought, we risk heading toward a dystopian reality where basic survival needs become premium, commercialized commodities.
🛑 Redefining "Growth"
Sustainable Development: True progress cannot exist at the expense of the ecosystem that sustains us.
The Economics of Nature: Protecting a standing forest is infinitely more cost-effective than trying to engineered technological replacements for clean air and cooling.
Our Responsibility: Future generations shouldn't have to pay a subscription fee to step outside.
Let’s shift the narrative from short-term exploitation to long-term stewardship. True growth doesn't hollow out the planet; it protects it.
💬 What does sustainable development look like in your community? Let’s discuss in the comments.

🚀 NOW RECRUITING: Join the 𝐀𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 & 𝐓𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲

The Aeronautical, Spatial, Planetary Institution for Environmental Research (ASPIER) is currently seeking experts for a groundbreaking, highly interdisciplinary research programme.

🔬 The Project: "Decoding the Eco-Exposome: Transgenerational Epigenetic and Neuroendocrine Impacts of Weathered Nano-plastics and PFAS Co-Exposures under Climate-Induced Stress".

Our core objective is to establish the first multi-generational (F0–F3) Eco-Exposome framework proving that weathered nanoplastics act as Trojan horse vectors for PFAS. We aim to demonstrate that the resulting neuroendocrine disruption is epigenetically inherited across successive generations under conditions of climate-accelerated thermal stress. This pioneering study will utilize the zebrafish (Danio rerio) model to challenge conventional, single-contaminant toxicological assessments.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
The ex*****on of this comprehensive seven-stage pipeline requires specialists across five distinct scientific domains. We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
01 | Environmental & Analytical Chemistry: Responsibilities include designing weathering protocols, conducting isotherm modelling, and performing LC-MS/MS PFAS quantification.

02 | Fisheries / Zoology: Focused on zebrafish husbandry, managing transgenerational breeding designs, and measuring phenotypic endpoints.

03 | Biochemistry & Molecular Biology (BMB): Tasked with executing ELISA assays, DNA/RNA extraction, library preparation, and WGBS protocols.

04 | Bioinformatics & Computational Biology: Responsible for developing Snakemake pipelines, analyzing methylation, and executing multi-omics integration.

05 | Pharmacology / Neurotoxicology: Needed for neuroendocrine assay interpretation, pharmacokinetic modelling, and neurotox pathway annotation.

📩 How to Apply:
Help us drive a fundamental revision of environmental risk assessment paradigms. If your expertise aligns with our mission, get in touch with the ASPIER Environmental Research Division today!

🌍 Seeking GeoAI & Specialized ML, DL, FL Collaborators to ASPIER Platform

We are looking for dedicated Research Collaborators with integrated, specialized mastery in GeoAI, Machine/Deep Learning-based GIS & Remote Sensing, Federated Learning and Spatial Environmental Monitoring. General ML knowledge is not sufficient; we require proven spatial-AI integration capability. Federated Learning experience is a strong asset.

ASPIER’s founding team provides innovative spatial research concepts, robust domain knowledge, and proficiency in core tools (Google Earth Engine, Python, ArcGIS). We need specialized technical partners to bridge the gap from concept to advanced ML implementation.

Let's collaborate to elevate environmental research in Bangladesh and beyond.
