On this International Labour Day, RUPSA salutes the workers whose labour sustains our world. From farms to factories, offices to homes—every effort matters.

Yet, celebrating labour also means questioning the injustices it faces. Why are so many still denied dignity and fairness? Philosophy urges us to confront these uncomfortable truths.

This day is a reminder of ongoing struggles for justice, safety, and respect. Labour is not just work—it’s a fight for human dignity.

RUPSA stands in solidarity with all workers. Let us imagine, and work toward, a world where every worker is valued, heard, and free.
