Bangladesh Marine Academy, Pabna is a full Governmental Marine and Maritime Educational Institution managed by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of Bangladesh. It offers courses of all levels of sea-services from pre-Sea Cadet Training and planned for Master Mariners & Marine Chief Engineers. The Academy is committed to its mission & vision providing international standard marine & maritime leaders and offers 2- yearsโ Pre-Sea Nautical Science and 2- yearsโ Pre-Sea Marine Engineering Courses. In parallel, the cadets are also provided with 4- yearsโ Bachelor of Maritime Science in Nautical science/ Marine Engineering (Honors) degree under an affiliation with Bangladesh Maritime University. Bangladesh Marine Academy, Pabna is keen to keep up the standard of its education and training programme according to the requirements of STCWโ78 as amended, as well as to the requirements of the national curriculum. Therefore, the academy is committed to constitute, promote and propagate throughout the institution, a culture of quality and continual improvement in all of its programmes of learning for all levels of Maritime Education and Training (MET).
