Executive Summary
Human Advancement Program Implementation (HAPI) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and community-based development organization established in March 2004 with a vision of building a just, inclusive, and sustainable society where every individual can live with dignity, equality, and opportunity. HAPI is dedicated to improving the quality of life of disadvantaged, marginalized, and vulnerable communities across Bangladesh through innovative, participatory, and sustainable development initiatives.

The organization works in key sectors including education, health and nutrition, sustainable livelihoods, agriculture, food security, women and youth empowerment, child protection, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, social inclusion, and community resilience. By working closely with local communities, government institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, and the private sector, HAPI aims to deliver sustainable and measurable development outcomes.

HAPI believes that sustainable development is achieved through community participation, transparency, accountability, innovation, and strategic partnerships. His leadership is focused on promoting good governance, innovation, accountability, and inclusive development to ensure that no one is left behind.
