যেটি ২০০৩ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। সংস্থাটি প্রতিষ্ঠালগ্ন হতে বিভিন্ন সামাজিক উন্নয়ন্নমূলক কাজের সাথে যুক্ত আছে। বিশেষতঃ দরিদ্র,সাহায্যহীন,প্রতিবন্ধী বা শারীরিকভাবে অক্ষম ব্যক্তিদের জীবনমান উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এছাড়াও মানবাধিকার রক্ষায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে যাচ্ছে। বাল্যবিবাহ,যৌতুক,মাদক,এসিড সন্ত্রাসের মত সামাজিক ব্যাধিগুলোর প্রতিকার, প্রতিরোধ ও দূরীকরণে সংস্থাটি কাজ করছে প্রতিষ্ঠার পর হতেই।
