Welcome to the Official Page of Madaripur Debating Club (MDC)

Years ago, a few of us dreamed of creating a space where voices from Madaripur could rise not in noise but with reason, clarity and purpose. We tried. We hoped. But life and time held us back.

Today, that dream is no longer just an idea - it’s alive.

MDC is finally here - not just as an idea but as an active force. A home for every debater rooted in Madaripur, wherever they are in Bangladesh. A space to grow, to lead and to shape change through the power of dialogue.

Over the past few months, we’ve already:

– Organised 6 debate workshops across schools in Madaripur, planting seeds of critical thinking in young minds.

– Hosted online debate tournaments, proving that distance can never limit dialogue.

But what we’re building is bigger than events. We’re building a community.

A community that believes debate is more than just competition - it’s education. It’s empowerment. It’s leadership in action.

If you're a current debater, a former one, a mentor, or simply someone who believes in the power of youth and ideas - this is your call. Let’s come together. Let’s grow MDC into a national platform of impact, rooted in Madaripur pride.
