Towards Sustainability - TS and TS- Khulna University Network Successfully organized an impactful AP Style Climate Debate at Khulna University, creating a dynamic platform where young voices critically engaged with one of the most pressing global challenges of our time, with the support of VSO Bangladesh.

The debate motion was:
“This House believes that the current structure of global climate governance has failed.” (“এই সংসদ বিশ্বাস করে যে, বৈশ্বিক জলবায়ু শাসনব্যবস্থা বর্তমান কাঠামোতে ব্যর্থ।”)

The session was enriched by the presence of Abdul Elah-Al Mahadi, Lecturer, Development Studies Discipline, Khulna University, as Guest Speaker, whose valuable insights added depth to this important conversation.

Chaired by Nushrath Jahan Juhi, Founder & Executive Director of TS, with Md. Mehedi Hasan Apu, President of TS, as Special Guest, the program brought together passionate young minds to question, analyze, and debate the future of climate governance.

This year’s theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” reminds us that real change comes from our collective actions, what we do every day in our own communities.
