District 25 is divided into 2 areas headed by Area Directors Elected on the District Board at the District Conference. Area 01 comprises of India and Sri Lanka having 7 Clubs and Area 02 is Bangladesh having 5 Clubs. Area meetings are held in each area at least once in a biennium and District Conferences are held every biennium in the odd years. It was agreed upon at the District 17 Conference in Chennai that each of the 3 countries in turn would elect a District Governor from its own country for that biennium.
