Eid Mubarak! 🌙

On this blessed occasion of Eid ul Adha, we reflect on the spirit of sacrifice, devotion and gratitude that this day carries.
May the lesson of Ibrahim (A.S.) remind us that "True faith is giving your best even when it is the hardest thing to do."

Eid ul Adha does not belong only to those who can give the most. It belongs to the one who prays with sincerity, to the child who smiles in new clothes, to the family that shares what little they have and to the heart that is simply grateful to be alive.

The true meaning of this celebration was never measured in wealth, it was always measured in love, gratitude and the sincerity of the heart.

This Eid is for everyone. From the richest home to the humblest one; the blessing is equal, the joy is equal, the mercy is equal.

Today, we celebrate one of the most talented, graceful and responsible pioneers, Tasfiah Tasnim, General Secretary of GSTU Global Affairs Council.
Your journey from an Associate Member to the position you hold today is nothing short of inspiring. Every step you took with dedication, hard work and determination has become a motivation for many of us.

Yes, you may be a little strict at times, but that very discipline and commitment are part of what makes GSTU GAC stand out and grow stronger every day.

As graduation approaches, it is difficult to imagine the club without your regular presence. But one thing is certain that your guidance, influence and contributions will always remain a part of GSTU GAC, no matter where life takes you next.

With immense respect and gratitude, we salute your contribution and wish you happiness, success and endless achievements in the years ahead.

Home was never the four walls,
Home was her!

Many of us left home for education, for work, for a future we were chasing. We packed our bags, said our goodbyes and stepped into a world that felt big and unfamiliar. It is only in the days spent away that you truly understand what you left behind. The empty chair at the dinner table. The phone calls that never feel long enough. The voice that asks "have you eaten?" before anything else. You realize that no matter how far you go, no matter how many cities you call your own- nowhere feels like home the way she does.

She never asked for a title. She never needed one. There were nights she didn't sleep, not because she couldn't, but because she chose to watch over you instead. There were meals she skipped, dreams she quietly folded away, tears she swallowed behind closed doors so you would never carry her weight. She gave you her best days and never once called it a sacrifice.

A mother does not love you when it is convenient. She loves you when it is hard. When the world turns its back, she turns toward you. That is not ordinary. That is the most extraordinary force this world has ever known.

Today, GSTU Global Affairs Council pauses to not just to celebrate, but to truly see the women who have held the world together in silence, in strength and in unconditional love.

To every mother who gave without counting, loved without condition and stayed without question,

This day is yours. Every day is yours.

বাংলা সনের সূচনা হয়েছিল মুঘল সম্রাট আকবরের আমলে, ফসল কাটার মৌসুম ও খাজনা আদায়ের সুবিধার্থে। সেই থেকে পহেলা বৈশাখ হয়ে উঠেছে বাঙালির প্রাণের উৎসব, যে উৎসব ধর্ম-বর্ণ-গোত্র ছাড়িয়ে একটাই পরিচয় দেয়, "আমি বাঙালি।"

বছরের পুরনো গ্লানি, ব্যর্থতা আর দুঃখকে পেছনে ফেলে নতুন স্বপ্ন আর নতুন প্রতিজ্ঞা নিয়ে আসে এই দিন। মঙ্গল শোভাযাত্রার রঙে, বাউলের সুরে, পান্তা-ইলিশের ঘ্রাণে মিশে যায় হাজার বছরের বাঙালি সংস্কৃতির গর্ব।

এই বাংলা আমাদের, এই সংস্কৃতি আমাদের,
