We are delighted to announce that the Assembly of Debaters (AOD) has emerged as the Champions of the Inter-Hall Bangla Debate (Novice) Tournament 2025 and also secured the position of Finalists in the Inter-Hall English Debate (Novice) Tournament 2025, organised by Dhaka University Debating Society (DUDS).

The Bangla team was led by our talented debaters Ahmed Rakibul Islam and Ishtiaque Hussain, while the English team was led by Junayed Rahman Jidan and Zayedul Islam Owasif. Their dedication, hard work, and outstanding performances throughout the tournament brought immense pride to AOD.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to both teams and wish them the very best for their future tournaments and endeavors.

ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান হলের স্বনামধন্য বিতর্ক সংগঠন Assembly of Debaters নতুন সদস্য সংগ্রহ কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে।

Assembly of Debaters বিতর্ক প্রশিক্ষণ, বিভিন্ন প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণসহ একজন শিক্ষার্থীর বাকশক্তির বিকাশ ঘটানোর প্রচেষ্টায় দীর্ঘ বছর যাবৎ কাজ করে আসছে। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একটি স্বনামধন্য হল বিতর্ক ক্লাবের প্রতি মঙ্গলবার ও শুক্রবার যথাক্রমে ইংরেজি ও বাংলা বিতর্কের সাপ্তাহিক সেশনের পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ ও ঘরে বাইরে বিতর্কের আয়োজন করে থাকে ক্লাবটি।

২০২৫–২৬ সেশনের আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, যুক্তি, বিশ্লেষণী চিন্তাভাবনা এবং কার্যকর উপস্থাপনার দক্ষতা বিকাশের জন্য এই ক্লাবে যুক্ত হওয়ার একটি চমৎকার সুযোগ তৈরি হয়েছে।

আপনি যদি বিতর্কে আগ্রহী হন, নিজের চিন্তাভাবনা শাণিত করতে চান এবং একটি সক্রিয় বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক প্ল্যাটফর্মে যুক্ত হতে চান—তাহলে আপনাকে আমাদের সঙ্গে যুক্ত হওয়ার জন্য আন্তরিকভাবে আহ্বান জানানো হচ্ছে।

২৬ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ ইং তারিখে AOD (Assembly of Debaters) এবং Muhsin Hall Debating Club- এর মধ্যে একটি ঘরে-বাইরে বিতর্ক সফলভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। আলোচনার কেন্দ্রবিন্দু ছিল একটি গভীর রাজনৈতিক ও নৈতিক প্রশ্ন—

মোশান: “এই সংসদ সচেতন বেলুচ তরুণ হিসেবে স্বাধীন বেলুচিস্তান আন্দোলনের পরিবর্তে বেলুচিস্তানের সম অধিকারের পক্ষে আন্দোলন করবে।”

উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলে এসেম্বলি অব ডিবেটার্স এর সভাপতি মোহাম্মদ আলহাজ, মু্হসিন হল ডিবেটিং ক্লাবের প্রেসিডেন্ট মুজাহিদুল ইসলাম সহ ক্লাবের অন্যান্য বিতার্কিক বৃন্দ।

From the Assembly of Debaters, University of Dhaka, we believe freedom lives on in every question we dare to ask, every truth we stand up for, and every idea we defend.

This Independence Day, let us not only honor history—but continue the dialogue that defines our future.
