đź’§ **Every Drop of Safe Water Matters** đź’™

For many of us, getting safe water is something we take for granted. But for thousands of forcibly displaced Myanmar nationals living in the Rohingya refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar, access to safe water is an essential part of everyday life which is quite challenging.

As a part of WASH interventions, **Jano Seba Kendra (JSK) has installed **225 deep tube wells** across Camps **7, 9, 11, 14, 15 and 16**, providing safe water to approximately **11,250 people every day**.

Our responsibility does not end with installation. Water supply infrastructures need regular maintenance and urgent repair.

Whenever a tube well stops functioning, our dedicated team instantly steps forward to identify and solve the problems through the repair task.

Behind every functioning tube well are people who depend on it for drinking, cooking, cleaning and maintaining their daily lives.

🌱 **Safe water means health.
Safe water means dignity.
Safe water means hope.**

JSK remains committed to keep these water facilities functional and accessible for the Rohingys communities we serve.

**Because every drop matters, and every life matters.** đź’™

For many families, access to clean water is more than a basic service—it means health, dignity, and a little more hope in everyday life. Our team remains committed to keeping the water network functional, monitoring operations, and supporting the community with reliable water access.

Together, we continue working to make safe water available—every day, for every family. 💙

🌿 Strengthening Our Commitment to Quality

We are pleased to share that the ISO 9001 Stage 2 Audit was successfully conducted on 3rd September 2026 at our Cox’s Bazar operations.

The audit was more than a review of documents and processes—it was an opportunity for our team to reflect on our work, learn, and strengthen the systems that support our humanitarian efforts.

We are proud of the dedication and teamwork shown by our colleagues throughout the process. Every step we take toward better quality, accountability, and continuous improvement helps us serve communities more effectively.

Together, we continue to build a stronger culture of quality and excellence. 🤝🌍
