সুস্থ ভবিষ্যৎ গড়তে সচেতনতাই প্রথম পদক্ষেপ।

শিশু ও অভিভাবকদের নিয়ে আমাদের Health Awareness Session-এ আমরা আলোচনা করেছি হাম (Measles) প্রতিরোধ, সঠিকভাবে হাত ধোয়ার নিয়ম, এবং দৈনন্দিন জীবনের মৌলিক স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কে। ছোট ছোট এই অভ্যাসগুলোই একজন শিশুকে বড় অসুখ থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে বড় ভূমিকা রাখতে পারে।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, সচেতনতা শুরু হয় ঘর থেকে—আর একটি সচেতন পরিবারই গড়ে তুলতে পারে একটি সুস্থ সমাজ। ✨

এই উদ্যোগটি আমাদের Health Hero Project-এর অংশ, যার মাধ্যমে আমরা শিশু ও কমিউনিটির মধ্যে স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা বাড়াতে কাজ করছি, যাতে সবাই আরও নিরাপদ ও সুস্থ জীবনযাপন করতে পারে।

শরীর শুধু খাবার দিয়ে ঠিক রাখা যায় না—
এটি একটি জীবন্ত সত্তা, যার যত্ন দরকার প্রতিদিন, প্রতিমুহূর্তে।

অনেকেই ভাবেন সুস্থ থাকা মানে শুধু রোগমুক্ত থাকা। আসলে তা নয়! সুস্থতা মানে

আপনার মন কতটা শান্ত।
আপনার রাতটা কতটা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন ঘুমের।
আপনার প্লেটে কতটা পুষ্টিকর খাবার আছে।
আর আপনার মুখে কতটা অকৃত্রিম হাসি আছে।

সুস্থতা মানে কেবল রোগমুক্ত থাকা নয়; সুস্থতা লুকিয়ে আছে আপনার প্রশান্ত মনে, গভীর ঘুমে, পুষ্টিকর থালায় আর নির্মল হাসিতে।

আজ বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য দিবসে নিজেকে কথা দিন - সবার আগে নিজের যত্ন নেবেন। কারণ আপনি ভালো থাকলেই, আপনার পৃথিবী ভালো থাকবে।

হাম সম্পর্কে জানুন, সুস্থ থাকুন! 🩺

আপনার শিশুর বয়স ৯ মাস হলেই হামের টিকা নিশ্চিত করুন। লক্ষণ দেখা দিলে দ্রুত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন এবং রোগীকে আলাদা ও খোলামেলা স্থানে রাখুন। ভয় নয়, সচেতনতাই আমাদের সুরক্ষা।
