BAUET (CSE)-এ Operating Systems (CSE-3105) কোর্সের প্রথম সপ্তাহটা সত্যিই interesting ছিল।
এই সপ্তাহে আমরা UNIX/Linux নিয়ে পড়াশোনা শুরু করেছি এবং বুঝতে পেরেছি কম্পিউটার ভিতরে ভিতরে কীভাবে কাজ করে।

User Application ➡️ System Call ➡️ Kernel 🧠 ➡️ Hardware

সবচেয়ে interesting বিষয় ছিল kernel সম্পর্কে জানা।
Kernel হলো Operating System এর core, যা process, memory এবং hardware resources manage করে।
User programs সরাসরি hardware এর সাথে কাজ করে না এটাই আগে জানতাম না।

System calls concept টা খুব logical লেগেছে।
They provide a secure bridge between user programs and the operating system.

এই concepts বুঝলে বোঝা যায় কেন Linux servers, cloud systems এবং development environments এ এত জনপ্রিয়।

Let's assume I know nothing, just some basic fundamentals of CSE. But I want to build my career in AI/ML from scratch (learn basics then DSA), study abroad, and publish high-quality research papers, along with my academic study from 8am to 3pm every day in BAUET.

Quite hard to follow, but great power comes with great responsibilities.

Today I learnt something about defensive engineering. Let me give 1 example.

আমরা SSD partition create করার সময় 100% use করি which is not safe. For windows, you must keep 25-30GB unallocated space and For Linux systems anything less than 5GB is not useful and more than 20GB is waste. So 15GB is a sweet spot. You can keep Sweet 16 GB if you want. (If you have 128GB storage then there is no use, you can't use it if you have 256 GB storage these are nothing compared to today's. You must need a minimum of 512 GB if you want to use windows.) If you have 128 or 256 better use Linux.

This unallocated space helps to prevent error, protect you from installer bugs, alignment issues, future growth, and SSD wear.

আজকাল AI মূলত দুই ধরনের: Reasoning AI আর Retrieval AI।

Reasoning AI (যেমন ChatGPT) নিজে থেকে যুক্তি করে, ব্যাখ্যা দেয়, চিন্তার প্রবাহ তৈরি করে।
Retrieval AI (যেমন Google, Perplexity) তথ্য খুঁজে এনে সবচেয়ে দ্রুত দেখিয়ে দেয়।

দুটোই শক্তিশালী... কিন্তু কাজটা বুঝে সঠিক AI বেছে নেওয়াই আসল দক্ষতা।

CSE এমন একটা সাব্জেক্ট যেটা আপনি যদি নিজের সর্বোচ্চ ইফোর্ট দিয়ে চালিয়ে যেতে পারেন as in Skill Development, System Build, Study then you can build a tons of system to earn money passively.

bdapps এ আমি Lite Apps বানিয়েছিলাম 1st Year 1st Semester এ ছিলাম যখন আর এরপর 2nd semester এ একবার। আমি তো এখন username password ও ভুলে গেছিলাম। হঠাৎ দেখছি ব্যাংকে টাকা ঢুকলো। RobiAxiata দেখে বুঝলাম bdapps থেকে আসছে।

If you study CSE properly, know the system to build then you can earn money 30 days a month. Just build 30 systems and each will bring daily revenue. You might not need to work again, if you can build Ai-Agent properly.
