As part of the Accident Monitoring Project, the OSHE Foundation organized a day-long meeting titled “Coordination meeting take places with Network Member” on 23 October 2025 at the Union Multipurpose Hall Room, Mirpur,Dhaka, for export-oriented Ready-Made Garment (RMG) workers.

The session focused on raising awareness about Accident Research and Monitoring & coordination between TU/Federation Leaders & workers who works in RMG sectors and helping workers understand the Employment Injury Scheme (EIS) as a key compensation benefit for workplace accidents. This initiative reflects OSHE’s ongoing commitment to improving workplace safety and strengthening workers’ rights.
দুর্ঘটনা পর্যবেক্ষণ প্রকল্পের অংশ হিসেবে, ২৩ অক্টোবর ২০২৫, OSHE ফাউন্ডেশন মিরপুরে অবস্থিত ইউনিয়ন মাল্টিপারপাস হল রুমে রপ্তানিমুখী তৈরি পোশাক (RMG) শ্রমিকদের জন্য "স্বেচ্ছাসেবক ও কারখানার শ্রমিকদের জন্য সমন্বয় সভা" শীর্ষক একটি দিনব্যাপী প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন করে।

এই অধিবেশনে দুর্ঘটনা, গবেষণা ও পর্যবেক্ষণ, সমন্বয় সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি এবং কর্মক্ষেত্রে দুর্ঘটনার জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ক্ষতিপূরণ সুবিধা হিসেবে কর্মচারীদের এমপ্লয়মেন্ট ইনজুরি স্কিম (EIS) বুঝতে সাহায্য করার উপর আলোকপাত করা হয়। এই উদ্যোগটি কর্মক্ষেত্রের নিরাপত্তা উন্নত করার এবং শ্রমিকদের অধিকার শক্তিশালী করার জন্য OSHE-এর চলমান প্রতিশ্রুতি প্রতিফলিত করে।
