A wonderful and inspiring visit!

​Today I went on a special visit to YCS Today School with great pleasure. Today's visit was truly a wonderful and educational experience.
​Since entering the school, its wonderful environment and discipline have impressed us. Starting from the overall management of the school, every activity is very well organized. In particular, we are overwhelmed by the talent, intelligence and creative activities of the students here. They are not only showing great talent and commitment in studies, but also in every field.
​Today's important visit was attended by—

🔹 Mohammad Shawon (Director, YCS Today School and Project Officer and Fundraising Secretary, Central Board, Youth and Child Security).
​We toured the entire school together, talked to the students and discussed their bright future. Youth and Child Security has always been by the side of the students in the proper development of this talent and in shaping their beautiful future and will continue to be so in the future.

🌍 Strengthening Climate Diplomacy for Climate Justice

As Bangladesh prepares for UNGA 81 and COP31, climate experts, diplomats, civil society representatives, and young voices called for stronger and more coordinated climate diplomacy.

The discussion titled “Pursuing Climate Justice Through Climate Diplomacy” was held on 15 September 2026 at the CIRDAP Auditorium, Dhaka, bringing together diverse stakeholders to discuss Bangladesh’s climate priorities.

Key issues included:

⚖️ Loss and Damage
🌱 Just Transition
🔋 Clean Technologies
👩‍🦰 Gender-Responsive Climate Policies

As the Chief Guest, Shama Obaed Islam, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, highlighted Bangladesh’s key priorities and the importance of strategic climate diplomacy.

Speakers also emphasized the need for stronger collaboration among the government, civil society, youth, and international partners to advance Bangladesh’s climate justice agenda on the global stage.

A stronger voice, stronger coordination, and stronger diplomacy are essential for a climate-just future. 🌿

🌿 বিশ্ব এটোপিক একজিমা দিবস ২০২৬ উপলক্ষে সচেতনতামূলক আয়োজন 🌿

বিশ্ব এটোপিক একজিমা দিবস উপলক্ষে Youth and Child Security (YCS), চুয়াডাঙ্গা জেলা শাখা আজ ১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে ব্র্যাক মাধ্যমিক বালিকা বিদ্যালয়ে একটি সচেতনতামূলক ক্যাম্পেইন ও কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করে।

কর্মসূচির শুরুতে শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে এটোপিক একজিমা সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে একটি তথ্যবহুল স্লাইড প্রদর্শন করা হয়। এতে এটোপিক একজিমার সম্ভাব্য কারণ, সাধারণ লক্ষণ, প্রতিরোধের উপায় এবং আক্রান্ত হলে কী ধরনের সচেতনতা ও করণীয় প্রয়োজন—এসব বিষয় সহজ ও বোধগম্যভাবে তুলে ধরা হয়।

সচেতনতামূলক পর্বের পর অনুষ্ঠিত হয় এটোপিক একজিমা বিষয়ক কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতা। শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত অংশগ্রহণ ও প্রাণবন্ত উপস্থিতিতে পুরো আয়োজনটি হয়ে ওঠে আনন্দমুখর। প্রতিযোগিতা শেষে সেরা পাঁচজন বিজয়ী শিক্ষার্থীর হাতে পুরস্কার তুলে দেওয়া হয়।

আয়োজনের শেষপর্বে শিক্ষার্থী, শিক্ষক এবং YCS-এর স্বেচ্ছাসেবকদের অংশগ্রহণে একটি দলগত ফটোসেশনের মাধ্যমে দিনব্যাপী এই সচেতনতামূলক কার্যক্রমের সমাপ্তি ঘটে।

💚 সচেতনতা হোক সুস্থতার প্রথম পদক্ষেপ।

YCS বিশ্বাস করে, সচেতন ও দায়িত্বশীল তরুণ প্রজন্মই পারে একটি নিরাপদ, সুস্থ ও মানবিক সমাজ গড়ে তুলতে।

​It is the moral and social responsibility of all of us to ensure a safe childhood and overall safety for every child. Creating a fearless, loving and supportive environment—one that keeps children free from physical, mental and social abuse—is the main condition for building a healthy society.

​Giving children the freedom to express their opinions, listening to them carefully and being aware of protecting their rights is the most effective means of protection. 🤝 MoU Signed Between Rapid Response Bangladesh and Youth and Child Security

Today in Dhaka, Rapid Response BD and Youth And Child Security signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation on humanitarian, youth and child safety, disaster response, and public awareness initiatives.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Youth and Child Security by its Founder & Chairman, MR. Shafi Rahman, and on behalf of Rapid Response Bangladesh by partnership & international Relationship officer Shefali Noor .

Under this partnership, the two organizations will work together on various important issues across Bangladesh, with a particular focus on the National Task force & international alliance El Niño preparedness Project (ENPP) ,along with other humanitarian and public awareness initiatives.

The organizations are committed to working across different regions of the country, particularly in coastal and vulnerable areas, while also exploring opportunities to address important issues at both national and international levels.

Through this partnership, both organizations aim to contribute to humanitarian assistance, youth and child security, disaster preparedness and response, and public awareness. They look forward to expanding their joint activities across the country in the coming days.
