bKash presents NSUCEC Cybernauts 2026 powered bt Global Brand PLC. is honored to announce Shahriar Manzoor as the Judge of the Inter University Programming Contest (IUPC). He is internationally recognized for his extraordinary contributions to competitive programming and currently serves as the President of the Bangladesh Association of Problem Setters.

One of the most prestigious figures in the programming community, he served as a Judge of the ICPC World Finals for more than a decade and also worked as the former Judging Director of the ACM ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional. He is widely respected for shaping competitive programming standards and mentoring the programming ecosystem across Bangladesh and beyond.

His involvement brings global level experience, credibility, and competitive excellence to this contest.
