Founded by passionate young legal professionals, BYLWA empowers emerging lawyers across Bangladesh through mentorship, professional development, and welfare support.
Our vision: build a thriving, ethical legal community that champions access to justice for all.
Objectives
Welfare & Support: Offer legal aid, financial guidance, and mental wellness services to early-career lawyers navigating the challenges of practice.
Capacity Building: Organize workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance practical skills, courtroom readiness, and career development.
Advocacy & Representation: Serve as a unified voice on issues affecting young lawyers—such as fair pay, working conditions, and career progression.
Community Engagement: Conduct pro bono legal clinics in underserved communities, promoting the rule of law and building public trust in the legal profession.
