With great pride and a shared vision for dialogue, diplomacy and global understanding,
we are honored to present the Founding General Secretary of the Executive Committee (2025–26) of
Government Science College International Understanding and Relation Club (GSCIURC).

Long before titles, Abid was never meant to follow a path laid by others. While many stay within boundaries he questions, challenges and moves beyond them. For him leadership is not about titles but responsibility carried with purpose.
