परीक्षा प्रणालीलाई विकेन्द्रीकरण गर्नु भनेको केवल स्थान परिवर्तन मात्र होइन, अवसरको समान वितरण, समय र खर्चको बचत तथा समग्र परीक्षा प्रणालीलाई अझ व्यवस्थित र पहुँचयोग्य बनाउने महत्वपूर्ण पहल हो। यसले देशका विभिन्न प्रदेशका चिकित्सकहरूलाई सहज वातावरणमा परीक्षा दिन सहयोग पुर्‍याउनेछ र समग्र स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रको विकासमा समेत टेवा पुग्ने विश्वास लिइएको छ।
