The Global Gatekeepers Club is absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news! Our Director of Events, Ariq Yasar, has officially secured an internship at The Times of Bangladesh! 📰✨

At Global Gatekeepers, we see firsthand dedication, creativity, and "get-it-done" attitude that Ariq brings to every event. It’s no surprise that one of the country’s leading media outlets recognized that same talent.

Whether it's orchestrating the biggest GG events at IUB or managing the finest details of our club operations, Ariq has always been a force to be reckoned with. We have no doubt he will bring that same energy to the fast-paced world of journalism and media.

🌸 শুভ নববর্ষ ১৪৩৩! 🌸

নতুন সূর্য, নতুন আশা, আর নতুন স্বপ্নের হাত ধরে এল আরও একটি নতুন বছর। জীর্ণ পুরাতনকে পেছনে ফেলে বাঙালির প্রাণের উৎসব পহেলা বৈশাখ আমাদের রাঙিয়ে দিয়ে যাক নতুনের আবহে।

Global Gatekeepers Club এর পক্ষ থেকে দেশ-বিদেশে ছড়িয়ে থাকা আমাদের সকল সদস্য, শুভানুধ্যায়ী এবং বন্ধুদের জানাই বৈশাখের তপ্ত শুভেচ্ছা ও ভালোবাসা।

"মুছে যাক গ্লানি, ঘুচে যাক জরা,
অগ্নিস্নানে শুচি হোক ধরা।"

সীমানা পেরিয়ে আমরা যেখানেই থাকি না কেন, আমাদের শিকড় আর সংস্কৃতি সবসময় আমাদের একসুতোয় বেঁধে রাখে। এই নতুন বছর আপনার জীবনে বয়ে আনুক অনাবিল সুখ, শান্তি আর সমৃদ্ধি।

We’re proud to share the successful completion of our Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) organized by the Global Gatekeepers Club and the Department of Global Studies & Governance - GSG, IUB 📚✨

This session brought together passionate learners eager to support one another, exchange ideas, and strengthen their understanding in a collaborative environment. From breaking down complex concepts to sharing study strategies, the energy in the room was truly inspiring!! 🌟

A huge shoutout to our dedicated peer leaders who guided the session with enthusiasm and clarity, and to all participants who made it interactive, engaging, and impactful. 👏

PASS is more than just studying, it’s about building a supportive academic community where everyone grows together. 🌱

In a time when the world is witnessing one of the most intense geopolitical crises, the ongoing conflict between Israel, Iran and the U.S, the Global Gatekeepers Club brought students together for a powerful and thought-provoking discussion session!! 🌍🕊️

From the roots of the conflict to its global consequences, participants explored how this war escalated through joint military actions and regional retaliation has reshaped international politics, disrupted economies, and raised urgent questions about peace and diplomacy.

💬 The room was filled with diverse perspectives by debating strategic interests, humanitarian concerns, media narratives, and the role of global powers.

📊 Students critically analyzed how modern warfare, alliances, and emerging technologies are redefining global security.

🤝 Most importantly, it became a space where ideas met respect, and dialogue replaced division.

This session reminded us that being a global citizen means staying informed, thinking critically, and engaging in meaningful conversations because the future of the world is shaped by voices like ours.
