গ্রিন ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ব্যাচেলর ও মাস্টার্স প্রোগামগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে- সিএসই, সফটওয়্যার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, এআই অ্যান্ড ডাটা সায়েন্স, ইইই, টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, বিবিএ, এমবিএ, ইএমবিএ, এলএলবি, এলএলএম, সমাজবিজ্ঞান, ইংরেজি এবং জার্নালিজম ও মিডিয়া কমিউনিকেশন।

বর্তমানে গ্রিন ইউনিভার্সিটির বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রামে ভর্তিচ্ছু মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সন্তান, ছাত্রী, ভাই-বোন, স্বামী-স্ত্রী, ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠী ও খেলোয়াড়রা সর্বোচ্চ বিশেষ ওয়েভার পাচ্ছেন।
এসএসসি ও এইচএসসির ফলাফল, করপোরেট এবং গ্রুপভিত্তিক ভর্তি হলেও রয়েছে বিশেষ ছাড়।
এসব ছাড়ের পাশাপাশি অতিরিক্ত ৫-১০ শতাংশ ওয়েভারে চলছে ভর্তি কার্যক্রম। ভর্তির জন্য শিক্ষার্থীরা গ্রিন ইউনিভার্সিটির শেওড়াপাড়াস্থ সিটি ইনফরমেশন সেন্টার এবং পূর্বাচলস্থ স্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাসে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।
