The Cricket Tournament Final Match was successfully held at Sadhupada High School ground, organized by the National Youth Forum, Mymensingh Division, in a joyful and energetic atmosphere.

We sincerely thank Dr. Mohammad Delwar Jahan Khan 💗 for his kind support and cooperation in this meaningful initiative.

Our goal is to keep young people away from drugs and guide them towards a healthy, active, and bright future through sports. ✨

ফুটবল আমাদের শেখায় ধৈর্য, কৌশল আর একতার শক্তি 💗⚽ আজ হোগলা উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় মাঠে জাতীয় যুব ফোরাম ময়মনসিংহ বিভাগ-এর আয়োজনে একটি প্রীতি ফুটবল ম্যাচ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে 😊 ম্যাচটি যুবসমাজের মধ্যে ক্রীড়া চেতনা জাগ্রত করা এবং পারস্পরিক বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলার উদ্দেশ্যে আয়োজন করা হয়।

Football teaches us patience, strategy, and the power of unity 💗⚽ Today, at Hogla High School, a friendly football match was held organized by the National Youth Forum, Mymensingh Division 😊 The match was arranged to promote sportsmanship among young people and to build friendly relationships. With overall support from Dr. Delwar Jahan Khan 🙏

VSO Bangladesh organized a three-day workshop “Youth Climate Action Small Grants Inception and Capacity Building Workshop.” The main purpose of this workshop was to strengthen youth-led organizations to face climate change, improve their project implementation skills, and provide essential knowledge and experience for effective organizational management.

Youth-led organizations that received climate grants from all eight divisions of Bangladesh participated in the workshop. Leaders and members from the central and divisional committees of the National Youth Forum also joined the program. Participants were introduced to the mission and vision of VSO and the National Youth Forum, along with discussions on VSO’s key areas of work. As a representative of the National Youth Forum, I learned many valuable lessons from this workshop.

“International Thank You Day” উপলক্ষে সকলকে জানাই আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

আমরা কেউ একা সম্পূর্ণ নই, বরং একে অপরের পরিপূরক। কৃষক থেকে শুরু করে কর্মজীবী—সবার ছোট ছোট অবদানই আমাদের পৃথিবীকে সচল এবং সুন্দর রাখে।

He has created a small garden beside his home, growing 18 varieties of fruits and vegetables. It supports his family’s daily food needs and contributes to food security.
This initiative reflects his commitment to climate action and sustainable living.

Workshop on Humanitarian & Development Nexus Intervention for District Level Youth Platform

VSO Bangladesh and UNFPA organized a day-long workshop with members of National Youth Forum in Sunamganj.

Throughout the day, the workshop focused on the role of young people in connecting humanitarian work with long-term development efforts. At the beginning of the session, participants discussed the current situation of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) in Bangladesh, along with the responsibilities of youth in raising awareness and supporting positive change in their communities.

Sessions highlighted how young people can work with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders. The importance of youth involvement from the government’s perspective was also discussed.

One of the most engaging parts of the workshop was the group work session, where participants identified local challenges and created simple youth action plans to address those issues.

The workshop also emphasized the role of youth in disaster preparedness and response, as well as their participation in local-level advocacy and decision-making.

This workshop provided young leaders with practical knowledge and inspiration to contribute effectively to humanitarian action and sustainable development in their communities.
