DCRC wishes Tajbiul Ahsan, our former Vice President of Debate and Working of Batch - 2023, a Happy Birthday. His leadership & vision taught us that institutions are not built on rules, but on people who serve them with all their heart. He showed us that leading doesn’t mean dominating, but carrying everyone forward on your back.

DCRC has always been proud to have someone so passionate and skilled.

5 August stands as a reminder of the strength of ordinary people, the value of unity, and the hope for a better tomorrow. Regardless of our differences, may we continue to strive for a nation where justice, dignity, freedom, and opportunity are upheld for everyone.

Excellence in debate is what DCRC celebrates today. DCRC অন্তর্লীন, comprising of Afra Alam, Makinoon Ibnat Nuhin and Abrar Yasir Nevile, broke as 2nd Open Team and reached Quarter Finals, with an overall speaker score of 1067, in TBDxAUSTDC | Civil Discourse Nationals 2026.

Besides, DCRC সব্যসাচী, consisting of Sahibul Eamin, Rohan Rezwan and Aritra Samundh, broke as 3rd Open Team and reached Quarter Finals with a speaker score of 1067
In the mean time
Debating Club of Rouf College also proudly acknowledges Sakib Mahmud Evan and Nirjhar Biswas for their outstanding adjudication. Sakib Mahmud Evan secured an Invited Adjudicator Break, while Nirjhar Biswas broke as an Adjudicator.
The Club wishes them continued success in their journey ahead.

She has shown what true leadership looks like. From organizing sessions to inspiring others by her dedication has quietly sharpened DCRC into a home for young debaters. Her dedication, consistency and accuracy makes DCRC a better place for debating.

Birthdays are the beautiful reminders of those individuals who shape an organization not just with their position but with their passion, perseverance and purpose.

Wasif Hossain Shotto, Vice President (Debate and Workshop, Batch 25') was one of the individuals whose presence in DCRC was not just fulfilling a role but also motivating people around him. His contribution to the debating culture of DCRC went far beyond organizing workshops and managing events. He brought sharper arguments, stronger debaters and a community that never stops learning.

Embodying this very spirit, DCRC is proud to celebrate the achievement of DCRC অন্তর্লীন consisting of Aritra Samundh, Sahibul Eamin and Afra Alam Prothoma in CyberBull Presents 1st BAFSKDC NATIONALS: Cyberspeech. Through their eloquence, strategic argumentation, and consistent excellence on the floor, they secured a place among the Semi Finalists, breaking as the 6th Open Team with an impressive overall speaker score of 1067.

DCRC extends its heartfelt congratulations to the team on this remarkable accomplishment. We wish them the very best for their future tournaments and look forward to witnessing many more successes in the days ahead.
