🚨 ভূমিকম্পে বাঁচার সহজ নিয়ম! 🚨

আপনি প্রস্তুত কি? আপনার জীবন আপনার হাতেই! 💪 ভূমিকম্প কখনোও পূর্বাভাস দেওয়া যায় না। তাই সচেতনতা এবং প্রস্তুতি আমাদের জীবন বাঁচাতে পারে।
🌏 ভূমিকম্পে নিরাপদ থাকার ৪টি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়ম 🌏
1️⃣ নিরাপদ জায়গা নির্বাচন:
বড় দালান, বৈদ্যুতিক খুটি বা অন্যান্য ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ জায়গা থেকে দূরে থাকুন। ঘরে থাকলে শক্ত টেবিলের নিচে ঢুকে নিন। উপর থেকে কিছু পড়লে ত্রিভুজাকৃতির ফাঁকা জায়গা ব্যবহার করুন।
2️⃣ চলন্ত অবস্থায় সতর্কতা:
গাড়িতে থাকলে নিরাপদ স্থানে গাড়ি থামান। লিফট ব্যবহার না করে সিঁড়ি দিয়ে নেমে আসুন।
3️⃣ প্রয়োজনীয় সরঞ্জাম হাতে রাখুন:
জরুরি ফার্স্ট এইড বক্স, পানি, অগ্নি নির্বাপক ইত্যাদি সব সময় সহজলভ্য স্থানে রাখুন।
4️⃣ মানসিক শান্তি বজায় রাখুন:
যেখানে থাকুন, আতঙ্কিত হবেন না। শান্ত থাকা আপনাকে দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সাহায্য করবে।

Today marks a truly memorable day for us as we successfully completed 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲: 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, held at Northern University Bangladesh
