‘যুক্তির মহাসংগ্রামে বাংলার বিতার্কিক ’ এ শ্লোগানে উজ্জীবিত হয়ে মহান সৃষ্টি কর্তার প্রতি আনুগত্যের সাথে মানব ধর্মে ব্রতী হয়ে নিঃস্বার্থভাবে বাংলাদেশে বিতর্কের তথা জ্ঞানের আলো ছড়িয়ে দিতে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে আন্ত:বাংলাদেশ বিতর্ক সংগঠন- আইবিডিও।
আন্ত:বাংলাদেশ বিতর্ক সংগঠন আয়োজিত দেশব্যাপী বিতর্কচর্চা বিস্তার এবং একটি সুস্থ ও সমৃদ্ধ বিতর্ক সংস্কৃতি গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যে প্রতিনিধি দল গঠনের উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে। এ উদ্যোগের আওতায় বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চল থেকে আগ্রহী, মেধাবী ও দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তিদের প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে।
নির্বাচিত প্রতিনিধিরা নিজ নিজ এলাকায় বিতর্ক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, নতুন বিতার্কিক তৈরি, শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে যুক্তিবোধ ও নেতৃত্বের চর্চা বৃদ্ধি এবং সংগঠনের বিভিন্ন কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। প্রত্যেক নির্ধারিত কাজ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার ভিত্তিতে তাঁদের সম্মানী বা পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হবে।
বিতর্কচর্চা তরুণ সমাজের চিন্তাশক্তি, বিশ্লেষণক্ষমতা ও আত্মপ্রকাশের দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। তাই একটি দক্ষ ও সক্রিয় প্রতিনিধি দল গঠনের মাধ্যমে সংগঠনটি সারা দেশে বিতর্কের ইতিবাচক পরিবেশ ও শক্তিশালী সংস্কৃতি প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটি অনলাইন সাক্ষাৎকারের মাধ্যমে এজেন্টদের নির্বাচন করবেন।

In the slogan "In the Great Congress of Argument, Bangladeshi Debaters," driven by devotion to the Creator and dedication to humanity, the Inter-Bangladesh Debate Organization (IBDO) is working selflessly to spread the light of knowledge and the practice of debate across Bangladesh.**
INTER BANGLADESH DEBATING ORGANIZATION has taken the initiative to form a delegation (Team of Agents) with the aim of spreading debate practice nationwide and building a healthy and prosperous debate culture. Under this initiative, interested, talented and responsible individuals from different regions of Bangladesh will be included as representatives.
The elected representatives will be responsible for conducting debate activities in their respective areas, creating new debaters, promoting the practice of logic and leadership among students, and implementing various programs of the organization. They will be awarded honorariums or prizes based on the successful completion of each assigned task.
Minimum registration eligibility: Bangladeshi citizens who have passed SSC.
The executive committee will select the agents through online interviews.
