Today, while the festive vibe of EID is in the air, we mourn not only the innocent lives lost but also the humanity that dies each time society chooses silence over accountability. May the souls of those innocent children rest in peace and may we never become so desensitised that their cries fade into statistics.

We, the BRAC University Entrepreneurship Development Forum (BUEDF), urge the authorities to ensure justice as swiftly as possible, because justice delayed is justice denied. We demand prompt accountability and hope for the complete eradication of such heinous acts from our society.

Another name for affection, sacrifice, and unconditional love is “Mother.”

The one who silently gives us strength in every difficult moment of life, who teaches us to dream again after every failure - she is a mother. The depth of a mother’s love cannot truly be expressed in words, because a mother’s love is the purest shelter in this world. A mother is not just a relationship; she is our first teacher, our first friend and the greatest inspiration in our lives.

On this Mother’s Day, BRAC University Entrepreneurship Development Forum (BUEDF) extends heartfelt respect, endless love and sincere gratitude to all mothers around the world.

As a series of curated industry visits, Behind The Brand is designed to take learning beyond the classroom, giving BUEDF members the opportunity to step inside real corporate environments and experience how brands truly operate.

Marking our first collaboration, this visit with Banglalink offered an immersive experience where participants gained a deeper understanding of platforms like MyBL App, Toffee, and RYZE, exploring the insights, strategies, and thinking behind them.

The experience was further enriched through hands-on case study sessions, where participants worked in teams to develop and present solutions, strengthening their analytical and problem-solving skills.

A curated panel discussion brought together questions from our members in a structured exchange, guiding a thoughtful conversation with the Head of RYZE, offering valuable industry insights.

In addition, sessions on CV building and LinkedIn development added another dimension to their professional growth.
