Glad to share you that one of our proud alumni Pranta Chandra Nath, has joined as an Assistant Principal Officer at Walton Hi-Tech industries PLC, one of the renowned and largest tech company in Bangladesh.

We are delighted to share that the Soil Science Alumni Association previously developed a comprehensive Question Bank Repository for the benefit of students. To make it more accessible, we are republishing the repository along with the Google Drive link and QR code.

We are delighted to announce that on 18 May 2026, the presentation session of Phase 1, Day-3 of “Echoes of The Earth: The Virtual Presentation Fair 2026” was successfully conducted. The session was presented by Redwan Ahmed from Batch 17 (Session: 2022–23). The topic of his presentation was “The Role of Central Banks in Economic Stability.”

In his presentation, Redwan Ahmed Shohagh highlighted several important aspects of the Central Bank and explained its significant role in maintaining economic stability.

After the presentation, an interactive question-and-answer session was held with all the participants. Everyone actively took part in the discussion by sharing their opinions and asking questions related to the topic. We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Phase 1, Day 1 of “Echoes of The Earth: The Virtual Presentation Fair 2026.”

On 16 May 2026, the first presentation session of Phase 1, Day 1 was successfully conducted. The session was presented by Sutapa Sarker from the 16th Batch (Session: 2021–22). The topic of the presentation was “Scope of Research for the Budding Soil Scientists of Bangladesh.” The session was presided over by Mahmudul Hasan Shumon, Co-Founder of the Soil Science Alumni Association.
The programme commenced with an opening speech delivered by the session President, Mahmudul Hasan Shumon. Following the introductory remarks, the presentation floor was handed over to Sutapa Sarker, who delivered an informative, clear, and engaging presentation on the assigned topic. After the presentation, a question-and-answer session was conducted, where participants actively interacted and shared their thoughts and queries regarding the topic.

• Rules and guidelines to be maintained during research activities
• Purpose and significance of research

To commemorate this remarkable milestone, we are going to organize a presentation fair named “Echoes of the Earth: The Virtual Presentation Fair 2026.”

This Presentation Fair will be conducted over 25 days in 5 phases. As part of this initiative, Phase 1, Day 5 will be held on 20 May, 2026 (Today)

The session will be hosted by Sutapa Sarker (Batch-16), While Afsana Afrose (Batch-17) will present on the topic “ The Invisible Payments Revolution "
