In the current context of Bangladesh, it must be said that the trend of religious division politics is becoming visible, how much obstacles will it create in the way of Bangladesh's progress, which is very dangerous for an independent sovereign country.

There is no doubt that the politics of division based on religion will ultimately weaken and mislead the sovereignty of the country. Politics based on religion or ethnic identity will have a serious impact on the country's economy in the coming days. It will also weaken international relations in terms of global standing.

The serious lack of security among the people of the Hindu, Buddhist, Christian communities of Bangladesh is not limited to religious minorities or ethnic minorities, it has now become a general issue. If the government and the appropriate authorities do not take steps to get rid of all these undesirable situations, the future of Bangladesh will be shrouded in darkness and the entire nation will become disunited.

The uncompromising leader of democracy, a multifaceted personality who believed in non-communalism, a three-time successful Prime Minister of Bangladesh, BNP Chairperson, Begum Khaleda Zia, passed away at 5:46 am today in a private hospital in Dhaka. On behalf of the Buddhist community in Bangladesh and the entire world, we pray for the repose of her soul and express our sincere condolences and sympathy to all the members of the bereaved family. May the Almighty grant them the strength to endure.

Our deepest Condolences for His Holiness the Sangharaja supreme Buddhist monks of Bangladesh qnd Chief of Chattogram Buddhist Monastery, Ekushey Padak recipient, The Supreme Patriarch of The Supreme Sangha Council of Bangladesh (Bangladesh Sangharaj Bhikkhu Mahasabha), Aggamahapandita His Holiness Dr. Gyanasree Mahathero passed away today (November 13, 2025) at 4:40 PM at Evercare Hospital. আমরা যে শ্রেষ্ঠ তাহা প্রমাণিত হবে আমাদের কর্মের মাধ্যমে। আমাদের বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায়ের সকল যুব-সমাজকে আহবান করব জ্ঞানপাপীরা যদি আমাদের বৌদ্ধ ধর্ম নিয়ে খারাপ মন্তব্য করে তার বিপরীতে আপনারা কেহ তাদের ধর্ম নিয়ে কোন ধরনের খারাপ মন্তব্য করবেন না। সমগ্র বিশ্ববাসী জানে বৌদ্ধ ধর্ম কেমন ধর্ম এবং বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষেরা কেমন সুতরাং মন্দ লোকের কথায় মাথা গরম করবেন না এবং কোন ধরনের রিয়েক্ট দেখাবেন না মিডিয়াতে । আমরা বৌদ্ধরা জানি এবং বিশ্বাস করি ধৈর্য মানুষকে উর্বর স্থানে নিয়ে যায় এবং ক্ষমা মুহূর্তের লক্ষণ। যে সমস্ত ব্যক্তিরা আমাদের কিংবা অন্যদের ধর্ম নিয়ে খারাপ মন্তব্য করে সেই সমাপ্ত ব্যক্তিদের কে সর্বদা এড়িয়ে চলুন নীরবতার সাথে শান্ত ও ধৈর্যের মানসিকতা নিয়ে ।

যেহেতু হাতের পাঁচটা আঙ্গুল এক সমান হয় না, সেহেতু প্রত্যেকটা মানুষের ভালো মন্দ গুণাবলীই থাকতে পারে। জাতির স্বার্থে,ধর্মের স্বার্থে, সম্প্রদায়ের স্বার্থে যদি কোন ব্যক্তি বা ভিক্ষু সংঘের বিনয় বিরোধী কোন আচরণ লিপ্ত হয় যাহা আপনার কাছে দৃষ্টি কুটুর হয়,তাহা সত্ত্বেও কখনো সরাসরি এই সমস্ত বিষয়গুলা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে প্রকাশ করবেন না। প্রয়োজন বোধে উনার সাথে সরাসরি কথা বলে বিষয়টা সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবেন। অন্য সম্প্রদায়ের কিছু মানুষের মত হুট করে সবকিছু মিডিয়াতে প্রকাশ করা অর্থ হল নিজের ক্ষতি করা নিজের সম্প্রদায়ের ক্ষতি করা পাশাপাশি নিজের ধর্মের উপর অন্য সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষের আস্থা বিশ্বাস শ্রদ্ধা এবং সমালোচনা করার রাস্তা খুলে দেওয়া। সুতরাং ভাবিয়া করিও কাজ করিয়া ভাবিও না। www.worldbuddhistassociation.org

আজকে আমরা বাংলাদেশের বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায় ধর্মীয় ভাব গাম্ভীর্যের মাধ্যমে উদযাপন করতে যাচ্ছি শুভ প্রবারণা - ২০২৫। এই পবিত্র দিনে আমরা বিশ্বের সকল সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষের প্রতি জানাচ্ছি আন্তরিক শ্রদ্ধা, শুভেচ্ছা, মৈত্রীময় ভালোবাসা এবং শান্তিপূর্ণ সহ-অবস্থানের আহ্বান । তথাগত সম্মুখ সমুদ্ধে নীতি আদর্শ চিন্তা চেতনাকে ধারণ করে আসুন আমরা সম্মিলিত প্রয়াসে শান্তিপূর্ণ সহঅবস্থানের মাধ্যমে সুন্দর একটা দেশ ও পৃথিবী প্রতিষ্ঠিত করি, যেখানে থাকবে না কোন ধরনের বাধা বিপত্তি হিংসা প্রতিহিংসা অকুশল কর্ম। শুধু থাকবে একে অপরের প্রতি আন্তরিকতা শ্রদ্ধা মৈত্রী কুশলকর্ম সম্পাদন ও ভালোবাসা। জগতের সকল প্রাণী সূত্রে হোক এবং অশান্ত পৃথিবী শান্তিময় বিশ্বে গড়ে উঠুক এই প্রার্থনা নিবেদন করছি তথাগত সম্বুদ্ধের নিকট।
