🌐✨ Day 2 Highlights from | 🔥🔥🔥

Today marked the second and final day of Digital Literacy Flow Fest 2025 (December 10), aligned with the global 16 Days of Activism campaign to Unite to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls.

The day began with a series of powerful speeches from AC members and sponsored students, addressing critical digital safety topics such as cybercrime, strong passwords, phishing, fake news, cyberbullying, internet privacy, and online violence against women and girls (VAWG). These speeches sparked bold conversations and reinforced a collective commitment to building safer digital spaces. ❤️

This was followed by a panel discussion with the Child Protection Committee, where members engaged in meaningful dialogue on safeguarding children in digital environments.

A youth yoga session was then held to promote mental well-being and mindfulness among participants.

Later, a School Leaders’ Panel on Digital Safety brought together headteachers from local schools to discuss the importance of digital safety in educational settings and strategies to foster responsible online behavior.

An engaging Adolescent Quiz Competition tested participants’ knowledge on digital literacy and online safety, encouraging learning through fun and friendly competition.

The day concluded with a vibrant Cultural Program, featuring energetic dance performances, songs, and a powerful theater play addressing digital violence — using the arts as a tool for awareness and community engagement. ❤️

This impactful event was organized under the Somotal Alo Project, with generous support from Terre des Hommes Italia in Bangladesh.

Let’s carry this momentum forward and continue working together to create safe, inclusive, and empowering digital spaces for all.

❤️Lighting Up Futures: Digital Literacy for Every Young Mind🙏:
Under the project of Somotar Alo👐 – Light of Equality, powered by Terre des Hommes Italia in Bangladesh, on 16th November 2025, our journey into digital literacy has officially began in selected schools (বাউনিয়াবাদ আদর্শ উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়, Mirpur Model High School, Mirpur Udayan School, Mirpur Shaheen School, Mirpur) across Pallabi, Mirpur 11, Dhaka.

With warmth and purpose, we have launched interactive sessions for Class 9 and 10 students, sparking conversations around digital safety, confidence, and future-ready skills.

After receiving Training of Trainers (ToT), selected school teachers are now leading these sessions in their classrooms—turning knowledge into action. These aren’t just lessons; they are stepping stones toward digital empowerment, helping young minds navigate the online world with awareness and resilience.

This is more than a campaign. It’s a movement to normalize digital well-being, foster self-awareness, and build a generation that’s not just connected—but consciously connected.

Together, we’re lighting the way toward a safer, more equal digital future. ❤️
