Since its inception back in 1986 by some of the senior most MBA graduates of IBA of University of Dhaka, IBA of University of Karachi, Harvard Business School of Harvard University, Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvania, Stanford
Graduate School of Stanford University and similar other institutions, BMBAA remains committed to its mission of forming a strong professional body of MBA graduates of Bangladesh with twin objectives of professional development as well as helping the business community and the government in formulating national policies for sustainable growth through professional management. With the collective efforts of many respected members of this association, MBA degree-holders are now recognized as one of the most respected professional bodies in the country. Over 5000 MBA degree-holders are now holding different key positions in different international organizations, multinationals, private & public sector enterprises, banks & financial institutions, government offices etc. May be, you are already aware that as a non-political platform, the association has been organizing talk shows, seminars, workshops, training programs, focus group discussions and idea-sharing sessions on various management issues of national interest on a regular basis. The association also takes pride in offering expert consultancy & management services to various sectors or committees of the Government of Peoplesβ Republic of Bangladesh as and when needed. Of course, there is no denying the fact that this long journey of the association has been possible because of its countless well-wishers and stakeholders in the society.
