A Distinguished Presence at the Beginning of a New Chapter ✨⚖️

The inauguration of the 𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗦 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 was made even more meaningful by the presence of 𝑨𝒓𝒇𝒂𝒏 𝑯𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒏, Vice President of NILS Bangladesh, who joined us as the Guest of Honour on 19 August 2026.

His presence, thoughtful remarks, and valuable guidance added a special dimension to the occasion. From introducing the vision and purpose of NILS to sharing practical insights on leadership, his words encouraged the participants to look beyond titles and positions and focus on responsibility, service, and people.

During the “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲” session, his message—

«“𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”»

—stood out as a powerful reminder that true leadership is not defined by a title, but by the ability to inspire, empower, and create positive impact.

He also emphasised a leader’s responsibility to nurture future leaders, leaving the participants with a message that beautifully reflected the spirit of the entire programme:

«“A True Leader’s greatest responsibility is to inspire, empower, and shape the leaders of tomorrow.”»

We are truly grateful for his presence, encouragement, and valuable contribution to this memorable beginning.
