Venue: Pakistan High Commission, Road-71, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.

Gate Open & Registration Time: 9:00 AM
Opening Ceremony: 9:45 AM
Round Start Time: 10:00 AM
Format: Rapid Swiss Format (15 mins)
Lunch: 1:00 PM
Closing Ceremony:4:00 PM

Important Instructions:
* Only Registered Participants are requested to report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the tournament.
* Please show your confirmation mail and find your name.
* Pairings and tournament regulations will be announced at the venue.
* Participants must maintain sportsmanship and follow all tournament rules and arbiter decisions.
* Late arrivals may be subject to penalties as per tournament regulations of Bangladesh Chess Federation.
* Participants can collect their gifts after the closing ceremony.

The tournament aims to strengthen friendship, cultural exchange, and the spirit of intellectual competition through the universal language of chess.
