Statement of Condemnation

We are deeply shocked and saddened by the recent incident at North South University where a student reportedly desecrated the Holy Qur’an within the campus premises. Such an act of disrespect towards a sacred religious text is utterly unacceptable and stands against the moral and ethical values we uphold as a community.

NSU SEPS Alumni Association (NSU) strongly condemns this reprehensible act and urges the university authorities to take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents never occur again.

We call upon everyone to promote peace, respect, and harmony among all members of our community.

একটি শোক সংবাদ, আমাদের প্রিয় ছোট ভাই প্রকৌশলী মোঃ সাদ্দাম, AGS, NSU SEPS Alumni Association, NSU. তার প্রিয় মা গত বুধবার বিকাল ৪ঃ০০ টার সময় মারা গিয়েছে। ইন্নালিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্নালিল্লাহি রাজিউন। আমার ব্যক্তিগত ও অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের পক্ষ থেকে গভীর সমবেদনা।

Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed, one of the founders and former Chairman of North South University, passed away this afternoon while undergoing treatment at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un.

We pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul of Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed, a distinguished entrepreneur in industry and education. Our deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
