Mock Interview with Crown Cement

On 29 September, we participated in a mock interview session with Crown Cement. Seven participants took part in the session: Mehenaj Akter, Akhi Akter, Nur Nahar, Aklima Akhi Kolpona, Meherun Nesa Lamia , Jamia Akter, and Jannat Akter.
The interviews were conducted by Ashikur Rahman and Mr. Masirul Islam Evan. 3 participants Nur nahar, Jannat akter & Meherun Nesa Lamia conducted by Ashikur Rahaman and the other 6 participants,Mehenaj Akter, Akhi Akter,Jamia Akter & Aklima Akhi Kolpona were interviewed with Mr.Masirul Islam Evan.
They were very helpful and supportive throughout the session. After each interview, they provided individual feedback to the participants and highlighted areas where we could improve our interview performance.
They gave us valuable suggestions on how to answer questions confidently, speak professionally, communicate our thoughts clearly, maintain proper eye contact, and present ourselves effectively during an interview. Their feedback helped us understand our strengths as well as the areas where we need to improve.
Overall, the mock interview was a very knowledgeable and valuable experience for all of us. The feedback from the interviewers helped us gain confidence and prepare ourselves better for future job interviews. All the participants were very happy with the experience and appreciated the guidance they received.

২৯ সেপ্টেম্বর, আমরা Crown Cement-এর সঙ্গে একটি মক ইন্টারভিউ সেশনে অংশগ্রহণ করি। এই সেশনে সাতজন অংশগ্রহণকারী অংশ নেন: মেহেনাজ আক্তার, আঁখি আক্তার, নূর নাহার, আকলিমা আঁখি কল্পনা, মেহেরুন নেসা লামিয়া, জামিয়া আক্তার এবং জান্নাত আক্তার।
ইন্টারভিউগুলো পরিচালনা করেন আশিকুর রহমান এবং মি. মাসিরুল ইসলাম ইভান। নূর নাহার, জান্নাত আক্তার এবং মেহেরুন নেসা লামিয়ার ইন্টারভিউ নেন আশিকুর রহমান। অন্যদিকে, মেহেনাজ আক্তার, আঁখি আক্তার, জামিয়া আক্তার এবং আকলিমা আঁখি কল্পনার ইন্টারভিউ নেন মি. মাসিরুল ইসলাম ইভান।
সেশনজুড়ে তাঁরা আমাদের অনেক সাহায্য করেন এবং সহযোগিতা করেন। প্রতিটি ইন্টারভিউয়ের পর তাঁরা অংশগ্রহণকারীদের আলাদাভাবে মতামত ও পরামর্শ দেন এবং ইন্টারভিউতে নিজেদের পারফরম্যান্স কীভাবে আরও উন্নত করা যায়, তা তুলে ধরেন।
তাঁরা আমাদের আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া, পেশাদারভাবে কথা বলা, নিজের চিন্তাভাবনা স্পষ্টভাবে প্রকাশ করা, সঠিকভাবে চোখের দিকে তাকিয়ে কথা বলা এবং ইন্টারভিউতে নিজেকে সুন্দরভাবে উপস্থাপন করার বিষয়ে মূল্যবান পরামর্শ দেন। তাঁদের মতামত ও পরামর্শের মাধ্যমে আমরা নিজেদের শক্তির দিকগুলো এবং যেসব ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের আরও উন্নতি করা প্রয়োজন, সেগুলো বুঝতে পারি।
সব মিলিয়ে, মক ইন্টারভিউটি আমাদের সবার জন্য একটি জ্ঞানবর্ধক ও মূল্যবান অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল। ইন্টারভিউয়ারদের দেওয়া পরামর্শ আমাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস বাড়াতে এবং ভবিষ্যতের চাকরির ইন্টারভিউয়ের জন্য আরও ভালোভাবে প্রস্তুতি নিতে সাহায্য করেছে। সব অংশগ্রহণকারী এই অভিজ্ঞতায় খুব খুশি ছিলেন এবং তাঁদের কাছ থেকে পাওয়া দিকনির্দেশনা ও সহযোগিতার জন্য কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন।

Graduation Ceremony | TDC Dhaka Centre

In september, TDC Dhaka Centre celebrated a meaningful and inspiring Graduation Ceremony of our youths. The event was filled with pride, joy, and a sense of achievement as participants progressed to new steps in their personal and professional development.
Congratulations to Youth Akhi Akter , Youth Mehnaj and youth Akhi Akter Kolpona for successfully moving from the Responsibility Step to the Management Step in 10 september. We also celebrate Youth Farzana’s progression from the Autonomy Step to the Responsibility Step. In addition, New Youth Shrabony Akter, New Youth Aysha Akter,new youth Yesmin, new Youth Nadia Jannat and New Youth Lamia Akter successfully completed Discovery Week and advanced to the Autonomy Step, beginning a new chapter in their learning journey.
This month, we are proud to celebrate the progress and growth of our youth!

গ্র্যাজুয়েশন অনুষ্ঠান | TDC ঢাকা সেন্টার
সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে TDC ঢাকা সেন্টারে আমাদের তরুণদের একটি অর্থবহ ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক গ্র্যাজুয়েশন অনুষ্ঠান অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। অনুষ্ঠানটি ছিল গর্ব, আনন্দ এবং অর্জনের অনুভূতিতে ভরপুর। আমাদের তরুণরা তাদের ব্যক্তিগত ও পেশাগত উন্নয়নের পথে নতুন নতুন ধাপে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার এই সাফল্য উদযাপন করেছে।
১০ সেপ্টেম্বর, Youth Akhi Akter, Youth Mehnaj এবং Youth Akhi Akter Kolpona সফলভাবে Responsibility Step থেকে Management Step-এ অগ্রসর হয়েছে। একইসঙ্গে, Youth Farzana Autonomy Step থেকে Responsibility Step-এ উন্নীত হয়েছে।

এই অসাধারণ অর্জনের জন্য সকল গ্র্যাজুয়েটকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন! তাদের আগামী দিনের পথচলা আরও সফল, সুন্দর ও সম্ভাবনাময় হোক—এই কামনা করি।

On September 8, we came together for a beautiful gardening activity. It was a memorable day filled with happiness, enthusiasm, teamwork, and love for nature. Around 10 youth and 2 catalysts, Sumaiya Coach and Alamin Coach, participated in this activity. Among the youth were Kolpona, Nadia, Lamia, Shrabony, Akhi, and many others. With a shared dream of making our surroundings greener and more beautiful, we planted different kinds of flowering plants, including Hibiscus , Jasmine, Ixora , and Aster . We also cleaned the surrounding area and worked together to create a fresh and green environment. For us, gardening was not just a small activity—it was a step toward positive change and a reminder that every small effort can make a difference. Through this experience, we learned that loving nature means not only planting trees, but also taking care of them, keeping our environment clean, and inspiring others to be responsible toward nature.
It was truly a beautiful and memorable day for all of us.
Together, we planted not only flowers, but also hope, responsibility, and dreams for a greener future.
আমাদের কাছে Gardening শুধু একটি ছোট উদ্যোগ ছিল না; এটি ছিল ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনের দিকে একটি ছোট পদক্ষেপ। এই কাজের মাধ্যমে আমরা বুঝতে পেরেছি, প্রকৃতিকে ভালোবাসা মানে শুধু গাছ লাগানো নয়—গাছের যত্ন নেও ৮ সেপ্টেম্বর আমরা সবাই মিলে একটি সুন্দর Gardening Activity-তে অংশগ্রহণ করি। দিনটি ছিল আনন্দ, উৎসাহ, teamwork এবং প্রকৃতির প্রতি ভালোবাসায় ভরা একটি স্মরণীয় দিন।
সেদিন প্রায় ১০ জন youth এবং ২ জন catalyst—Sumiya Coach ও Al-Amin Coach—এই কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। Youthদের মধ্যে ছিলেন Kolpona, Nadia, Lamia, Shrabony, Akhi এবং আরও অনেকে।
আমাদের চারপাশকে আরও সবুজ ও সুন্দর করে তোলার স্বপ্ন নিয়ে আমরা সবাই মিলে গাছ লাগানো শুরু করি। বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফুলের গাছ যেমন—জবা, বেলি, রঙ্গন, মিলি ইত্যাদি লাগানোর পাশাপাশি আমরা চারপাশ পরিষ্কার করিয়া, পরিবেশ পরিষ্কার রাখা এবং অন্যদেরও প্রকৃতির প্রতি দায়িত্বশীল হতে উৎসাহিত করা।
দিনটি আমাদের সবার জন্য ছিল আনন্দময়, সুন্দর এবং স্মৃতিময়।
আমরা সেদিন শুধু ফুলের গাছ লাগাইনি, বরং একটি সবুজ ও সুন্দর ভবিষ্যতের জন্য আশা, দায়িত্ববোধ ও স্বপ্নও রোপণ করেছি।

On 31 August, the LP4Y TDC Dhaka team had the privilege of visiting It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF).
At the beginning of our visit, we were introduced to IHF’s mission, objectives, and positive contributions to society. We also participated in an informative Financial Literacy session, where we learned important lessons about budget planning, savings, and responsible financial management.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to visit IHF’s office rooms and observe how their team manages their daily work in a professional office environment. We learned about their work organization, teamwork, communication, and how different tasks are managed efficiently to support their activities and programs.
We also explored a variety of beautiful handmade and creative products made by supported mothers, including bags, tissue boxes, water pots, toys, rickshaws, mirrors, and many other unique handicrafts. These products beautifully reflect their skills, creativity, and journey toward self-reliance. In the last hour of our visit, we explored IHF’s sister concern where we saw many creative and cultural products made by their youth and the children of supported mothers. The DIY and handmade items showcased their creativity, skills, and cultural values.
At the end of the visit, certificates were presented to all the LP4Y youth and our two catalysts. A heartfelt thank you to It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) for providing us with such an inspiring, meaningful, and educational experience.

৩১ আগস্ট, LP4Y TDC ঢাকা দল 'ইটস হিউম্যানিটি ফাউন্ডেশন' (IHF) পরিদর্শনের সুযোগ লাভ করে।
পরিদর্শনের শুরুতে, আমাদের IHF-এর লক্ষ্য, উদ্দেশ্য এবং সমাজে তাদের ইতিবাচক অবদান সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা হয়। আমরা একটি তথ্যবহুল 'আর্থিক সাক্ষরতা' (Financial Literacy) সেশনেও অংশ নিই, যেখানে বাজেট পরিকল্পনা, সঞ্চয় এবং দায়িত্বশীল আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনার বিষয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শিক্ষা লাভ করি।
পরিদর্শনকালে আমরা IHF-এর কার্যালয় ঘুরে দেখার এবং একটি পেশাদার কর্মপরিবেশে তাদের দল কীভাবে দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে, তা প্রত্যক্ষ করার সুযোগ পাই। আমরা তাদের কাজের বিন্যাস, দলীয় প্রচেষ্টা (টিমওয়ার্ক), যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা এবং বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম ও কর্মসূচি সফলভাবে বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে কীভাবে কাজগুলো দক্ষতার সাথে পরিচালনা করা হয়, সে সম্পর্কে জানতে পারি।
এ ছাড়াও, আমরা তাদের সহায়তাপ্রাপ্ত মায়েদের তৈরি নান্দনিক ও সৃজনশীল বিভিন্ন পণ্য—যেমন ব্যাগ, টিস্যু বক্স, পানির পাত্র, খেলনা, রিকশা, আয়না এবং অন্যান্য অনন্য হস্তশিল্প—ঘুরে দেখি। এই পণ্যগুলো তাদের দক্ষতা, সৃজনশীলতা এবং স্বাবলম্বী হয়ে ওঠার যাত্রাকে চমৎকারভাবে ফুটিয়ে তোলে। পরিদর্শনের শেষ ভাগে আমরা IHF-এর সহযোগী একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিদর্শন করি; সেখানে আমরা তাদের যুব সদস্য এবং সহায়তাপ্রাপ্ত মায়েদের সন্তানদের তৈরি অনেক সৃজনশীল ও সাংস্কৃতিক পণ্য দেখতে পাই। তাদের তৈরি 'ডিআইওয়াই' (DIY) ও হস্তশিল্পের সামগ্রীগুলো তাদের সৃজনশীলতা, দক্ষতা এবং সাংস্কৃতিক মূল্যবোধের বহিঃপ্রকাশ ঘটায়।
পরিদর্শন শেষে LP4Y-এর সকল তরুণ সদস্য এবং আমাদের দুজন 'ক্যাটালিস্ট'-কে (সহায়ক কর্মী) সনদপত্র প্রদান করা হয়। এমন একটি অনুপ্রেরণাদায়ক, অর্থবহ এবং শিক্ষণীয় অভিজ্ঞতা উপহার দেওয়ার জন্য 'ইটস হিউম্যানিটি ফাউন্ডেশন' (IHF)-কে জানাই আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ।

On 19 August 2026, TDC Dhaka successfully organized a mobilization activity in Mirpur Damalkot and BRP-3 . The main purpose of this activity was to connect with community members and young people, share information about available opportunities, and encourage youth to take positive steps toward their personal and professional development.
The mobilization was carried out by two dedicated teams who worked with enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment. Both teams actively engaged with community members, communicated with potential youth, and helped create awareness about learning opportunities and a better future.
Team A: Catalyst Sumaiya, Youth Sumaiya, Youth Mehenaz, Youth Israt & Youth Jannatul.
Team B: Catalyst F***y, Youth Fatema, Youth Farjana, Youth Tumpa & Youth Lamia.
Through this activity, our Youths had the opportunity to strengthen their communication skills, gain valuable field experience, and build meaningful connections with the community. Their dedication and positive energy made the mobilization successful and impactful. A big appreciation to all the Catalysts and Youths of TDC Dhaka for their active participation, teamwork, and continuous efforts. Together, we continue to connect, inspire, and create positive change in our communities.
১৯ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে TDC Dhaka-এর উদ্যোগে মিরপুর দামালকোট এবং BRP-3 এলাকায় একটি সফল মোবিলাইজেশন অ্যাক্টিভিটি আয়োজন করা হয়। এই কার্যক্রমের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল কমিউনিটির মানুষ ও তরুণদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ তৈরি করা, বিভিন্ন সুযোগ সম্পর্কে তথ্য দেওয়া এবং তরুণদের ব্যক্তিগত ও পেশাগত উন্নতির জন্য ইতিবাচক পদক্ষেপ নিতে উৎসাহিত করা।
এই মোবিলাইজেশন কার্যক্রমটি দুটি ডেডিকেটেড টিমের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। উভয় টিমই আন্তরিকতা, টিমওয়ার্ক ও দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে কমিউনিটির মানুষের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে এবং সম্ভাবনাময় তরুণদের সঙ্গে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে আলোচনা করে।

এই কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে আমাদের ইয়ুথরা তাদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি, ফিল্ডে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন এবং কমিউনিটির সঙ্গে সুন্দর সম্পর্ক তৈরি করার সুযোগ পেয়েছে। সবার আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্টা ও ইতিবাচক অংশগ্রহণ পুরো কার্যক্রমটিকে আরও সফল ও অর্থবহ করে তুলেছে।
TDC Dhaka-এর সকল ক্যাটালিস্ট ও ইয়ুথকে তাদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ, টিমওয়ার্ক ও নিরলস প্রচেষ্টার জন্য আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ। একসঙ্গে আমরা কমিউনিটির সঙ্গে সংযোগ তৈরি করছি, তরুণদের অনুপ্রাণিত করছি এবং ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনের পথে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছি।

On 03 August 2026, our 12 Youth had the opportunity to visit GEODIS and participate in a Mock Interview Session.

Company Visit Participants: Mim, Sumaiya and Nur Nahar.

We sincerely thank Zakaria Arefin, Manager – HR & Business Excellence, for his valuable support, guidance, and feedback. He reviewed the mock interviews and shared helpful feedback on the Youth's performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.

This experience helped our Youth gain confidence, improve their interview skills, and learn more about the professional workplace.

Thank you to GEODIS for providing our Youth with this valuable learning opportunity.

On 12 August 2026, TDC celebrated International Youth Day with a vibrant and inspiring gathering dedicated to the dreams, voices, talents, and potential of young people.
The celebration became even more special with the presence of our Catalysts and Youth, whose valuable presence, encouragement, and support added greater meaning and warmth to the occasion. Their participation made the celebration more memorable for everyone.
The program was filled with meaningful moments, creativity, entertainment, and togetherness. It featured an inspiring Youth Speech in English, highlighting the importance of youth, their aspirations, leadership, and their role in bringing positive change to society.The celebration also included a beautiful poem dedicated to youth, melodious singing, energetic dance performances, and fun ice-breaking activities that helped everyone connect, interact, and enjoy the moment together.
As part of the celebration, we also created a special video highlighting the voices, talents, messages, and joyful moments of young people. The video beautifully captured the spirit, creativity, and enthusiasm of the youth and made the celebration even more memorable.
To make the celebration even more enjoyable, there were delicious snacks and mixed cuisine, creating a wonderful opportunity to relax, share conversations, and build connections with one another.Through this celebration, TDC created a wonderful platform for young people to express themselves, showcase their talents, connect with others, and celebrate the true spirit of youth. It was a beautiful reminder that young people are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but also the voices, creators, and changemakers of today.
A heartfelt thank you to our respected guests, Catalysts, participants, performers, and everyone who contributed to making this celebration joyful, meaningful, and memorable.

১২ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে TDC-তে তরুণদের স্বপ্ন, কণ্ঠস্বর, প্রতিভা ও সম্ভাবনাকে কেন্দ্র করে একটি প্রাণবন্ত ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে আন্তর্জাতিক যুব দিবস উদযাপন করা হয়।
আমাদের সম্মানিত Catalysts ও Youth-দের উপস্থিতি এই আয়োজনকে আরও বিশেষ করে তুলেছিল। তাঁদের মূল্যবান উপস্থিতি, উৎসাহ ও সহযোগিতা অনুষ্ঠানে আরও অর্থবহতা ও উষ্ণতা যোগ করেছে এবং পুরো উদযাপনটিকে সবার জন্য আরও স্মরণীয় করে তুলেছে।
অনুষ্ঠানটি ছিল অর্থবহ মুহূর্ত, সৃজনশীলতা, বিনোদন ও আনন্দে পরিপূর্ণ। এতে ইংরেজিতে একটি অনুপ্রেরণামূলক Youth Speech ছিল, যেখানে তরুণদের গুরুত্ব, তাঁদের স্বপ্ন ও আকাঙ্ক্ষা, নেতৃত্ব এবং সমাজে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আনার ক্ষেত্রে তাঁদের ভূমিকা তুলে ধরা হয়।
এছাড়াও তরুণদের নিয়ে একটি সুন্দর কবিতা, মনোমুগ্ধকর গান, প্রাণবন্ত নৃত্য পরিবেশনা এবং মজার ice-breaking activities-এর আয়োজন করা হয়। এসব কার্যক্রম সবাইকে একে অপরের সঙ্গে পরিচিত হতে, যোগাযোগ করতে এবং একসঙ্গে আনন্দ উপভোগ করতে সাহায্য করেছে।
আন্তর্জাতিক যুব দিবসের এই বিশেষ আয়োজনকে আরও স্মরণীয় করে রাখতে আমরা একটি বিশেষ ভিডিওও তৈরি করেছি। ভিডিওটিতে তরুণদের কণ্ঠস্বর, প্রতিভা, বার্তা এবং উদযাপনের বিভিন্ন সুন্দর মুহূর্ত তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। এটি আমাদের Youth Day celebration-এর আনন্দ, সৃজনশীলতা ও তারুণ্যের উদ্দীপনাকে সুন্দরভাবে প্রকাশ করেছে।
আয়োজনটিকে আরও আনন্দময় করে তুলতে ছিল সুস্বাদু নাস্তা ও বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবারের ব্যবস্থা। এর মাধ্যমে সবাই একসঙ্গে সময় কাটানো, কথা বলা, মতবিনিময় করা এবং নতুন সংযোগ তৈরি করার সুযোগ পেয়েছে।
এই উদযাপনের মাধ্যমে TDC তরুণদের নিজেদের প্রকাশ করা, প্রতিভা তুলে ধরা, একে অপরের সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত হওয়া এবং তারুণ্যের প্রকৃত চেতনাকে উদযাপন করার একটি সুন্দর প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করেছে। এটি আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দিয়েছে যে তরুণরা শুধু আগামী দিনের নেতা নয়, বরং আজকের কণ্ঠস্বর, সৃষ্টিশীল মানুষ এবং পরিবর্তনের অগ্রদূত।
আমাদের সম্মানিত অতিথি, Catalysts, অংশগ্রহণকারী, পরিবেশক এবং এই আয়োজনকে আনন্দময়, অর্থবহ ও স্মরণীয় করে তুলতে যাঁরা অবদান রেখেছেন, তাঁদের সবাইকে জানাই আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ।

Today, we celebrate International Youth Day 2026 with the theme “Different Contexts, Similar Aspirations.”
Young people may come from different backgrounds, communities, and life situations, but many of our dreams and aspirations are the same. We all want opportunities to learn, grow, develop our skills, become independent, support our families, and build a better future.
This day reminds us that our differences make us unique, while our shared hopes and dreams bring us together. Youth have the power to create positive change when we believe in ourselves, support one another, and take action towards our goals.
Let’s celebrate the voices, dreams, courage, creativity, and potential of young people everywhere.

On 28 July 2026, we had an informative Safety Day session conducted by Veolia. The session focused on practical safety measures that can help us stay safe during different emergency situations. During the session, we learned what to do and what to avoid during an earthquake, what safety steps to follow if a fire breaks out, and how to reduce risks and stay safe during road and car accidents. We also learned about different types of disasters that can happen in different countries and how we can prepare ourselves to respond safely. The session included some fun and interactive games, which made the learning experience more engaging and helped us remember the safety lessons more easily. This session taught our Youth an important lesson: being aware, prepared, and knowing the right safety actions can make a big difference during an emergency.
We sincerely thank Veolia for sharing these valuable safety lessons with us.

২৮ জুলাই ২০২৬ তারিখে Veolia-এর পরিচালনায় আমাদের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Safety Day session অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই session-এ বিভিন্ন জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে কীভাবে নিজেদের নিরাপদ রাখা যায় সে বিষয়ে practical safety measures শেখানো হয়। আমরা ভূমিকম্প হলে কী কী করতে হবে এবং কী কী করা উচিত নয়, আগুন লাগলে কীভাবে নিরাপদে থাকতে হবে, এবং সড়ক ও গাড়ি দুর্ঘটনার ঝুঁকি কীভাবে কমানো যায় ও দুর্ঘটনার সময় কীভাবে নিরাপদ থাকা যায় সে বিষয়ে শিখেছি। এছাড়াও বিভিন্ন দেশে ঘটে যাওয়া বিভিন্ন ধরনের দুর্যোগ এবং এসব পরিস্থিতিতে কীভাবে আগে থেকে প্রস্তুত থাকা যায় সে সম্পর্কেও ধারণা পেয়েছি। Session এ কিছু মজার ও interactive games খেলা হয়েছে, যা আমাদের শেখার অভিজ্ঞতাকে আরও আনন্দদায়ক করেছে এবং safety lessons সহজে মনে রাখতে সাহায্য করেছে। এই session আমাদের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শিক্ষা দিয়েছে সচেতন থাকা, প্রস্তুত থাকা এবং জরুরি সময়ে সঠিক safety measures জানা আমাদের নিজেদের ও অন্যদের নিরাপদ রাখতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।
আমাদের Youth-দের সঙ্গে এই মূল্যবান Safety Day session পরিচালনা করার জন্য Veolia-কে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ।

On 19 July, the LP4Y TDC Dhaka team had the privilege of visiting It's Humanity Foundation (IHF).
Our visit began with an insightful session by Ishtiaque Ahmed,
Manager (Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement), who introduced us to IHF's mission, vision, and its impactful initiatives in education, women's and youth empowerment, healthcare support, and humanitarian assistance.
We also participated in a Financial Management session, where we gained practical knowledge on budgeting, saving, and responsible financial planning.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to tour the IHF office and learn more about their work environment and ongoing initiatives. We were also introduced to a variety of beautiful handcrafted products made by mothers from the communities supported by IHF, showcasing their creativity, skills, and economic empowerment.
The visit concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony led by Md. Adnan Hossain, Founder & Executive Director, where all LP4Y youths and our two catalysts proudly received certificates of participation.
Thank you, It's Humanity Foundation, for this valuable learning experience. The visit broadened our perspectives and inspired us to continue contributing to positive change in our communities.
১৯ জুলাই LP4Y TDC Dhaka টিমের জন্য It's Humanity Foundation (IHF) পরিদর্শনের সুযোগ ছিল একটি অনন্য শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা।
পরিদর্শনের শুরুতে ইশতিয়াক আহমেদ,ম্যানেজার (অংশীদারিত্ব উন্নয়ন ও অংশীজন সম্পৃক্ততা) আমাদের IHF এর লক্ষ্য, উদ্দেশ্য এবং সমাজে তাদের ইতিবাচক কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে ধারণা দেন। এছাড়াও আমরা আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনা বিষয়ে একটি তথ্যবহুল সেশনে অংশগ্রহণ করি, যেখানে বাজেট পরিকল্পনা, সঞ্চয় এবং দায়িত্বশীল আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় শিখি।
পরিদর্শনের সময় আমরা IHF এর কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে কাছ থেকে জানার পাশাপাশি তাদের সহায়তাপ্রাপ্ত মায়েদের হাতে তৈরি বিভিন্ন নান্দনিক হস্তশিল্প যেমন ব্যাগ, টিস্যু বক্স, ওয়াটার পট, খেলনা রিকশা, আয়না এবং আরও বিভিন্ন সৃজনশীল পণ্য দেখার সুযোগ পাই, যা তাদের দক্ষতা ও আত্মনির্ভরশীলতার এক অনন্য উদাহরণ।
পরিদর্শনের সমাপ্তিতে মো. আদনান হোসেন, প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও নির্বাহী পরিচালক-এর উপস্থিতিতে LP4Y এর সকল যুবক-যুবতী এবং আমাদের দুইজন ক্যাটালিস্টকে অংশগ্রহণের সনদ প্রদান করা হয়।
এমন একটি অনুপ্রেরণামূলক ও শিক্ষণীয় অভিজ্ঞতার জন্য It's Humanity Foundation-কে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ।
