We are nearing the final stretch of Ramadan. The third Jumu’ah is almost here and the days are slipping away.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Charity extinguishes sins just as water extinguishes fire." (Tirmidhi)

As the blessed month of Dhul Hijjah approaches, we are reminded of a golden opportunity to earn immense rewards. The first ten days of Dhul Hijjah are among the most sacred in the Islamic calendar.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
“There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” (Bukhari)

নতুন জামা, বাহারি খাবার, আত্মীয় স্বজন ও পরিবার - এসব কিছুর উপস্থিতি করে তোলে আমাদের ঈদ উৎসবের আনন্দ পরিপূর্ণ। তবে আমরা যখন বহু দোকানপাট ঘুরে বেঁছে নিচ্ছি পছন্দের জামাটা, পোলাও-কোরমা-রেজালার পাশাপাশি কোন ডেজার্টটা থাকবে তা নির্বাচনে থাকছি ব্যস্ত, ঠিক তখনি কোনো এতিমখানা বা মাদ্রাসায় এইসকল কিছুর অনুপস্থিতিতে তাদের ঈদের আমেজ হয়ে পরে ম্লান। সে জন্যই, আমাদের ঈদ আয়োজনের আনন্দ তাদের সাথে ভাগ করে নিতে ও খুশির পাল্লা ভারী করে তুলতে আমরা পৌঁছে দিচ্ছি সেমাই-চিনি ও ঈদের পোশাক তাদের দ্বারে। এই আনন্দ ভাগে সামিল হতে পারেন আপনিও।
