As part of the project “Citizen Engagement for Accessing Healthcare Services at the Upazila Health Complex of Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj as a Fundamental Human Right”, a total of seven (07) billboards displaying information about healthcare services at government hospitals have been installed at seven (07) important locations in Sirajdikhan Upazila, including the Upazila Parishad Office and the Upazila Health Complex, at the initiative of Prokriti Songrokkhon & Unnoyon Songstha.

It is noteworthy that with funding support from the European Union and in collaboration with Development Society (Lead Partner) and Saptahik Bikrampurchitra (Media Partner), various activities are being carried out to raise awareness among the people of Sirajdikhan Upazila about the services available at the Upazila Health Complex, Union Sub-Health Centers, Community Clinics, the Upazila Family Planning Office, Union Health and Family Welfare Centers, the 10 bed Mother and Child Hospital in Sekhornagar and government EPI centers.

On 27 July 2025, an orientation on Reproductive Health Rights was held at the Union Parishad Auditorium, Rasunia, Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj.

The session aimed to enhance women’s understanding of their reproductive rights and empower them to make informed decisions about their health and access to services.

The event was organized by Prokriti Songrokkhon & Unnoyon Songstha in collaboration with lead partner Development Society and media partner BikramPur Chitra, under the Citizen Engagement for Accessing Health Care Services at the Upazila Health Complex of Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj as a Fundamental Human Right project — funded by the European Union.
