On May 2, 2026, our leadership team at JCI Dhaka Sparks joined fellow local officers from across the country for the 2026 Local Officers(LO) Training organized by JCI Bangladesh. Held at the Grand Palace Convention Hall from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, this intensive day of learning was designed to equip us with the strategic tools necessary for a successful year ahead.

We found the sessions to be incredibly informative and exciting, providing us with deep insights into the core operations of JCI. Our team engaged in training focused on strategic membership recruitment, the intricate etiquette and protocols of the organization, and a comprehensive study of the JCI Constitution. We also explored best practices for managing the treasury and frameworks for executing high-impact projects and events that truly serve our community.

A highlight of the event was seeing our very own Founding Local President and current 2026 National Executive Vice President, Shahmina Isha Mannan, sharing her expertise as one of the featured trainers. Her leadership continues to be an inspiration to our entire chapter!

Representing JCI Dhaka Sparks at the program were our 2026 Local President Raihan Ahmed Dip, Local Executive Vice President A S M Mosabbir Tanim, General Legal Counsel Roksana Nasrin, PR and Digital Committee Chair Mostafijur Rahman Shuvo, and Director Md. Sahaduzzaman Shrabon.

We are returning with a renewed commitment and a sharpened skill set to lead our chapter toward new heights of excellence in 2026. Together, we are ready to turn these insights into action!

JCI Dhaka Sparks was honored to participate in the most exclusive event of the year—the JCI Bangladesh 2026 Inauguration, held on April 15 at the Hotel Intercontinental Dhaka.

The evening was a landmark demonstration of JCI diplomacy, characterized by strict Black Tie protocol and an international gala atmosphere. Our members had the unique opportunity to engage in high-level networking with distinguished guests, including Honorable Ministers, State Ministers, Diplomats, and heads of multinational organizations.

Representing the apex of exclusivity, the event focused on the strategic vision and growth of the organization. As a chapter, we were proud to see our members uphold the highest standards of etiquette and professional decorum, reinforcing our reputation as a premier chapter within JCI Bangladesh.

We remain committed to providing our members with these high-value platforms for international cooperation and leadership development. This inauguration marks the official start of a year dedicated to empowerment and global impact.

It was a rare and powerful opportunity to directly interact with the visionaries shaping our global organization:

✅ Kengo Suzuki, 2026 JCI Global Vice President (Assigned to Asia and the Pacific)

It was also a moment of great pride to see our very own Founding Local President and 2026 National Executive Vice President, Shahmina Isha Mannan, skillfully moderating the entire program.
