ন্যায় বিচার পাওয়া রাষ্ট্রের প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের অধিকার। গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের অনুচ্ছেদ ৩১ অনুযায়ী প্রত্যেক নাগরিকের আইনের আশ্রয়-লাভের অধিকার রয়েছে।

ন্যায়, সাম্য ও মানবাধিকারের সুরক্ষায় আমাদের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টাই হতে পারে একটি সুন্দর ও সুশাসিত সমাজ গঠনের মূল শক্তি।

⚖️ ন্যায়বিচারের পথে এক দৃঢ় অগ্রযাত্রা!

২০০৯ সাল থেকে ২০২৬ সালের মার্চ পর্যন্ত জাতীয় আইনগত সহায়তা সংস্থার কার্যক্রম সত্যিই আশাব্যঞ্জক। বিকল্প বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি (ADR) সেবার মাধ্যমে ইতোমধ্যে ১,৯৯,৯৫৭টি মামলা নিষ্পত্তি করা হয়েছে—যা প্রমাণ করে আদালতের বাইরে সমঝোতার মাধ্যমে দ্রুত ও কার্যকর বিচার নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব।

🔹 মোট ২,২০,৮৯০টি মামলায় ADR উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে
🔹 উপকারভোগী ৩,৯০,৮৭৪ জন মানুষ
🔹 সরকারি খরচে আইনি সহায়তা পেয়েছেন ১৪,৩৭,৭৩৬ জন বিচারপ্রার্থী

এই পরিসংখ্যান শুধু সংখ্যা নয়—এগুলো হাজারো মানুষের ন্যায়বিচার প্রাপ্তির গল্প, অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠার সংগ্রাম, এবং আইনের শাসনের বাস্তব প্রতিফলন।

ড্যাফোডিল লিগ্যাল এইড ক্লাব বিশ্বাস করে,
📌 ADR পদ্ধতি শক্তিশালী হলে মামলা জট কমবে
📌 সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য বিচার হবে সহজ, দ্রুত ও সাশ্রয়ী
📌 ন্যায়বিচার পৌঁছে যাবে সমাজের প্রতিটি স্তরে
