Pathchola Bangladesh

Pathchola Bangladesh We advocate for inclusive policies, expand civic space, and build capacities through education, skill development, and entrepreneurship.

Pathchola Foundation is a feminist Platform and minority youth-led organization empowering minorities through advocacy, skill-building, and inclusive actions to promote dignity, equality, and justice for all. 🇧🇩 đŸŒŋ Vision Statement:
Pathchola Foundation envisions a just, inclusive, and equitable society where every individual—regardless of gender identity, socio-economic background, or health statu

s—can live with dignity, freedom, and opportunity. We strive for a world where feminist values drive collective action to eliminate systemic discrimination, empower minority women and youth, and achieve social, climate, and economic justice. Our vision is rooted in the belief that sustainable peace, human rights, and development can only be achieved by centering the voices of those most marginalized and ensuring that no one is left behind.

đŸŽ¯ Mission Statement:
Pathchola Foundation is a feminist, minority women and youth-led organization committed to advancing the rights and well-being of gender minorities communities, people living with HIV (PLHIV), and marginalized youth. Our mission is to promote peacebuilding, climate justice, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), while fighting for digital and human security, financial inclusion, and the elimination of child marriage. We work at the grassroots and national levels to build resilience, create safe spaces, and equip marginalized individuals with the tools to lead, thrive, and transform their communities. By integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into all areas of our work, we are building a future where every voice matters and feminist leadership shapes a better tomorrow.

“Empowering Every Voice, We Stand as Feminists to Ensure We Leave No One Behind.”

Pathchola Foundation recently organized a Recommendations Campaign for Peacebuilding through a Feminist Lens, bringing together 20 passionate changemakers to co-create 20 actionable recommendations for government institutions, NGOs, UN agencies, and human rights stakeholders.

Together, we envisioned a more inclusive, peaceful, and sustainable society where everyone, especially marginalized communities, can live with dignity, equality, and justice. These recommendations reflect the voices, experiences, and leadership of young advocates committed to lasting social change.

Peace begins with inclusion, and feminist leadership shows us the way forward.
