We have successfully completed our 3-day KPI-Driven Performance Management System training using Hoshin Kanri.

This session was jointly organised by IPM Bangladesh (as the certification body) and Dreamach HR Innovation (as the knowledge partner).

"Hoshin Kanri" is a Japanese methodology that aligns an organisation’s strategic goals with its operational activities. This ensures that everyone understands how their work contributes to the overall vision.
