♦️Welcome to Savior Retirement Homes and Hospital♦️

♦️It is a project implemented and administered by Savior Foundation, an organization registered by RJSC of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The organisation is dedicated to give service to humanity.
♦️The prime aim of this project is to give support to the elderly citizens providing them peaceful, comfortable and safe living.
♦️The project is housed in a 12 storeyed modern building constructed on 20 katha or 33 decimal of land covering 14400 ( Fourteen Thousand and Four Hundred Square Feet). The building type is B+G+12 with 7452 Square Feet usable area per floor and 104328 ( One Lakh Four Thousands Three Hundreds and Twenty Eight) Square Feet total floor area approximately. This measurement is excluding the 50% empty spaces. The whole project is adorned with all modern amenities.
♦️The project is situated at Nagarkonda, Boliarpur of Savar adjacent to MRT 5 Landing Station.
♦️The project is 5 kilometres away from Gabtoli-Amin Bazar Bridge and 800 Metre away from Dhaka- Aricha Highway.
♦️ Land Schedule ( Tafsil) of the Project: Zila: Dhaka, Upazila: Savar, Union: Bangaon, Mouja: Konda, Ward No-7, J L No- CS-745, SA-263,RS-236, BRS-171.
♦️Periphery of the Project: 40 Feet Road Northern side, 40 Feet Road Western side and 25 Feet Road Southern side. Landing Station of MRT 5 is at the Western side and Dhaka Aricha Highway is at the Southern side.

Front Desk, Insurance Desk, Waiting Room, Laundry, Generator Room, Oxy-gen Cylinder, Gas Cylinder, Generator Room and
Wash Room,
♦️Level-1 provides space forOPD, Pathology, Pharmacy, Doctors Camber, Billing Camber, Manager Room, Store Room and Wash Room,
♦️Level-2 contains Diagnostic Center, Nurse Station, Waiting Room, Doctor Camber, Care Center for Retirement Homes and Wash Room,
♦️Level-3 is dedicated for Physical Medicine Center and physiotherapy, Care Center, Administration Center, Waiting Room and Wash Room.
♦️ Level-4 provides space for 30 Specialised Doctor Chambers, Waiting Room and Wash Room.
♦️Each of the chambers covers 200 square feet and the owner of the chamber will get 0.0411 decimal land as registered by his name.
♦️Level-5 is dedicated for Conference Room, Meeting Room, Pantry, Kitchen Room, Waiting Room and Wash Room.
♦️ Level-6 to 11 provide space for 72 Service Apartment for Elderly Citizens, Recreation zone, Sorts Zone, GYM , Common Space, Waiting
Room and Wash Room.
♦️Each of the Service Apartment will cover 600 square feet and the owner of the apartment will get 0.1233 decimal land as registered by his name.
♦️Level-12 is allocated for Swimming Pool, Ladies Health Wellbeing Center, Fitness Club, Restaurant, Prayer Room and Wash Room.
♦️In fact the whole project is dedicated for the physical and mental wellbeing of Senior Citizens. It’s a Heaven for Elderly People.
