Recruitment of a Manager for the Foundation for Architecture Community and Equity (FACE)
Foundation for Architecture Community and Equity (FACE), a nonprofit organization working at the intersection of architecture, landscape, climate justice, research, and community engagement, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills who believes that architecture and design can help create more equitable, resilient, and inclusive communities.
The position requires someone who can coordinate projects, manage day-to-day operations, facilitate partnerships, and support the foundation's research, educational, and outreach initiatives, and can make a minimum of two-year commitment.

We are therefore looking for someone proactive who is willing to grow with the organization and contribute to its long-term vision.
The selected candidate will be required to work closely with the board, office, partners, and communities, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently while maintaining the values and mission of the organization.

• Willing to travel to remote locations for work.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Community Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in project management, research coordination, non-profit organizations, development agencies, or design practice will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, AutoCAD, and digital collaboration tools.
