As part of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of debaters, BUFT Debate Club organized an insightful Debate Workshop aimed at equipping our freshers with the fundamentals and spirit of competitive debating.

We were privileged to have Shahidul Islam as the resource person for the session. Drawing from his extensive debating experience, he shared valuable insights on argument construction, critical analysis, public speaking, rebuttal techniques, and the overall dynamics of parliamentary debate.

The workshop provided an engaging learning environment where participants explored the art of persuasion, logical reasoning, and effective communication. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, our freshers gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to become confident and impactful debaters.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Shahidul Bhai for taking the time to inspire and guide our members. His knowledge, experience, and passion for debating undoubtedly left a lasting impression on everyone present.

At BUFT Debate Club, we believe that every great debater starts with a willingness to learn. This workshop marks another step forward in empowering our members to think critically, speak confidently, and lead with reason.

BUFT Debate Club proudly hosted its Fresher Reception & Orientation Program, welcoming a new generation of debaters into our vibrant community.

We were deeply honored by the gracious presence of Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Vice Chancellor of BUFT, whose inspiring words encouraged our freshers to embrace critical thinking, leadership, and intellectual excellence. We were also privileged to have Prof. Dr. Md. Alamgir Hossain, Pro-Vice Chancellor of BUFT, and Mr. Sakhawat Hossain, Deputy Director of Student Welfare, whose valuable insights added great significance to the occasion.

The event marked the beginning of an exciting journey for our newly joined members, introducing them to the vision, values, and legacy of BUFT Debate Club. Through engaging interactions, shared experiences, and inspiring conversations, the program created a memorable platform for freshers to connect, learn, and grow.
