In Camp-12, Mr. Nurul Amin conducted a leadership training session focused on building strong leadership skills, community responsibility, and protecting vulnerable groups. Participants learned how effective leadership can drive positive change, strengthen unity, and promote awareness and human rights within the community.

In Camp-12, RCEN Executive Director Mr. Hossain Ahmed facilitated a leadership development session for community members.

The training covered core leadership competencies, civic responsibility, and protection of at-risk groups. Participants examined how informed, rights-based leadership improves decision-making, fosters accountability, and builds community resilience.

The session stressed evidence-based awareness, safe reporting mechanisms, and the role of local leaders in upholding human rights.
