After more than a decade in the world largest refugee camp Cox's Bazar; Bangladesh, our youth villagers the members of the "Inclusive TMT Youths" Union came together again, not just to meet, but to reconnect with the spirit of unity that has always lived in our village. This gathering was more than a picnic, it was a reminder of who we are and what we stand for. Growing up in the same village has shaped us with shared memories, challenges, and dreams. Coming together after so long showed that true friendship never fades, and the strength of a community grows when its youths stand side by side.
Our unity gives us purpose. We believe that every young person has the power to inspire others, to lift someone who is struggling, and to bring hope where it is needed most. As youths, we may not have everything, but we have energy, compassion, and the courage to take action. When we stay united, we become a force that can guide our community toward a better future.
This reunion reminded us that helping others is not just a responsibility, it is an honor. We move forward with renewed motivation, ready to support our village, encourage one another, and keep shining as one strong family. Together, we rise.
Meeting together as Rohingya youths in the refugee camps of Bangladesh reminds us how deeply our experiences connect us. Based on widely shared accounts from Rohingya communities, many young people often carry a mixture of hope, uncertainty, and determination. Life in the camps is not easy, but our strength grows from standing together, supporting each other, and believing in a future beyond hardship. Every reunion becomes a reminder that even far from home, our identity, culture, and dreams remain alive.
Many Rohingya youths describe a strong emotional connection to Arakan a place they still call home even if they cannot return now. This longing often becomes a source of motivation, a desire to learn, to grow, and to prepare for a peaceful future where dignity and safety are possible. Hope for Arakan inspires us to stay united, to uplift one another, and to focus on education, leadership, and compassion. We cannot predict the future with certainty, but we can choose to develop ourselves and stay committed to our community.
Together, as the "Inclusive YMT Youths Union", we stand as a reminder that even in difficult circumstances, unity can create purpose, and purpose can create hope. Our journey continues with courage.
