On 17 October 2026, RCPR held a meeting with its committee members to discuss strategies for achieving lasting peace throughout the refugee camps and advancing the cause of dignified repatriation.

The meeting reaffirmed the importance of unity, cooperation, and collective responsibility in building a peaceful future for the Rohingya community. RCPR remains committed to working toward sustainable peace and ensuring the safe, voluntary, dignified, and sustainable repatriation of the Rohingya people to their homeland with full rights, security, and dignity.

Today, 3 October 2026, the Chairman of RCPR, Mr. Dil Mohammed, highlighted the serious challenges facing refugees in the camps, particularly the ongoing difficulties related to food assistance. He called on the World Food Programme to restore the food assistance to $12 per person, as it was previously provided, to help address the growing needs of the refugee community.

He also raised concerns about the detention of Rohingya in Malaysian prisons and the continued arbitrary arrests and detention of Rohingya by the Myanmar Government without due process.

Finally, Mr. Dil Mohammed called upon the leaders of Rohingya organizations, youths, activists, and respected diaspora leaders to stand together, work collectively, and put aside divisions for the future of our community. Only through unity, cooperation, and a shared vision, we can move forward and reach our destination of a safe, dignified, and sustainable future for the Rohingya people.

Today, 29 September 2026, marks five years since the martyrdom of one of our greatest and most beloved Rohingya leaders, Mr. Muhib Ullah (RA), who dedicated his life to serving his community.

On this solemn occasion, the Chairman of RCPR, Mr. Dil Mohammed, called upon the Rohingya community to offer prayers for the late leader and to honour his sacrifices and lasting legacy. He also made a powerful call for unity, urging all Rohingya leaders, youths, students, teachers, and community members to come together as one.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of establishing peace throughout all Rohingya camps and continuing our collective struggle for safe, dignified, and voluntary repatriation to our motherland, with full citizenship and fundamental rights.
