đš Skills Enhancement & Vocational Training
Providing structured training in tailoring, handicrafts, agro-based production, digital literacy, and other income-generating activities to enhance employability and entrepreneurship readiness.
đš Financial Literacy & Economic Education :
Conducting workshops on budgeting, savings, investment, credit management, and microfinance to equip women with essential financial decision-making skills.
đš Micro-Enterprise Development & Market:
Supporting women in launching and scaling micro-businesses, ensuring access to markets, cooperatives, and sustainable income channels.
đš Community Leadership & Social Empowerment
Encouraging rural women to take leadership roles, participate in community decision-making, and advocate for their rights and opportunities.
